hey nice man, congrats for jumping on board.. photo hard to tell much from it but if it helps boost your confidence, yes it does look like you lift from a glance

also, ripped freak is a fat burner far as i know, do you really need that at age 15? IMO bit of a waste of money to get it again. just remember that if you go supplements, keep it simple -> whey, creatine, multi vitamins/fish oils .. but not gonna say any of that is absolutely essential just yet, gotta have some sympathy for your mother haha

real good that you're starting BB young and even cooler that you're already talking about sorting your diet & stuff, good on you man.

and since you're young, prob worth researching about exercises to avoid ... i got no proof to back this up anyway and glad if someone else would prove it a myth but i heard exercises that may put pressure on your spine at young ages (<17) have the potential to stunt growth or something like that.

you can stop growing in height if you start off too early....

Is there actually any evidence for this?

Yeah there is .... muscle dvelops to early can cause bones to bend slightly as they grow due to being softer in young people. But to be fair you have to be training advanced to cause any real issue ...

Boys from about 15 can start heavier routines and from 13 can work high reps and/or singles (weightlifting etc). @ 171cm I'd say thats pretty safe hieght to start.

Girls can start at 12 no worries.

"Lee started training at the age of 12 with the help and support of his grandfather. He competed for the first time at the age of 13 and won. He went on to win numerous other competitions leading up to him winning the IFBB Mr Australia at 17,18,19. Lee competed at the World's Championship at 17, where he placed 4th"

at 5'5 this poor guy stopped growing vertically and started growing horizontally.

OP: Welcome and good luck with your training and goals :) 8)

Claims height of 5'4, but has been said to be around slightly less than 5'3.
