My progress this year

Seeing as there has been heaps of pics lately I thought I would share some of my progress. :?

Well I am the loser of the little comp me and Pseudonym had, he got a lot leaner than me thats for sure! He may have won the battle! but defnitly not the war!

The first pics are from a comp I did a year ago (October 2010), rather embarrassed with these as I look shit... fat as hell

Learnt my lesson

A fat 81kg's.! (supposedly 10-11% BF at the time :-s )Don't ask me why I even contemplated going on stage. Felt like I would let myself and a few people down if I pulled out...

Since then I have gone under the guidance of Human Performance and he has gotten me on track and have been making steady progress! 2012 here I come!

The latest pics were taken on Monday at ~83kg's (8-9% BF). Not as lean as I wanted to be, shifting the fat from years of abuse has been difficult and slow. Definitely got the stubborn areas! No excuses though!

The years plan is to put on as much size as possible while minimizing fat gain! Can not wait for 2012!! \:D/

Critique away!... :shifty:

Well done mate, youve made some good progress in the last few months. Back shoulders and arms are looking thicker and hams have grown alot as well.

With your dedicationand willingness to work hard it will be interesting to see what you can do over the next year as youve only just started to do things correctly and are now progressing like you should have done ages ago.

I know these photos are technically a year apart, but don't forget that for several months in the middle, your diet was slightly, um... unorthodox, shall we say?!

But despite that, you've made improvements all around. Particularly legs (I actually don't think these shots do you justice there), but you can also see a difference in your chest, shoulders and tris too.

Good stuff, Dubble_D. Your progress pics this time next year should be awesome!

I totally forgot about that!!

I just had a look at my records and Human Performance took over my diet in June 20th and he measured me at 18% at 84kg!

He knows what he is doing for sure!

Thanks man! Could not have done it with out you.

Definitely notice the legs have improved, and conditioning is better, nice work mate

Thanks Drizzt!, Leg workouts have slowly changed from being one of my most dreaded workouts to a favorite! Can say that about others I know :pfft: :pfft:

Did u just complete a friendly wager to lean up...with El Presidente Pseudo dubble_d? :^o

I was smart enough not to agree to anything fully, just waited and delayed an agreement till he was carb depleted enough for him to be a tad hazy on the details.. :)

You've got to be happy with that progress, heaps thicker. Back looking way better as well. You should put up the picks of you at 18% BF from mid year because to have dropped to 10% but still be the same weight you must have put on 5-6kg of muscle while cutting. Good stuff.

Thanks MFB!, sadly no pictures. Was scared of even looking in the mirror let alone take pictures....
