Back from the holiday

Hey everyone, thought I'd post a progress video.. Was away in America for 5 weeks and then went to Queenstown for 1 week! Trained only 3 times during that time frame and I gained 1.5% bodyfat and lost 3kgs :(

I know I'll get it back eventually but it's really playing with my head and my motivation hasn't been the same... today I was tested at 10% bodyfat which is arguable. I think I look a little more but what ever, just a number at the end of the day.

I lost significant size on calves, over all leg development, arms stayed ok but still needs alot of work biceps mainly.. Shoulders also lost size / fullness and upper chest needs work definitely.

If you have any constructive critisim, would love to hear it :) ... going to try my best in 2012 to make elite physique.

Weighing 70.3kg as of today

PS: No hawmaw.

Still really impressive dude your lats are massive. Chest is a bit lagging like you said - I know how you feel I was away in Aussie for a number of weeks and couldn't gym as often as I'd have liked, got sick twice and lost 4 kilos of muscle.

Thanks mate, another vote for the chest. Will make sure I smash it hard in 2012. Incline you reckon? Ahh rats bro.. Yeah it's a killer.. Especially seeing other people progress I feel so behind and think "fml.. why do I bother" but I want it so badly that I just can't give up.. I think it's only a phase and in a months time when I see some resutls I'll be more motivated :)

Mate, you were on holiday. Relaxing the routine is perfectly acceptable.

Besides, your motivation will soon pick up when you start seeing how fast you get back on form. Muscle memory is awesome. I've just rediscovered that. :D

Yeh inclines a well known pec builder, tilt the hands a bit so they're not parrallel to hit the pec more than the anterior delt.

I relied on muscle memory, I left NZ with 5 reps on a 135 bench. Returned to 5 reps on a 130 bench, following week 4, following week 3.

I think my muscles forgot completely. Have today made some changes.

I have had months off from heavy lifting, and in only a few weeks have noticed the growth. Time away is a good idea, as Pseudo said. recharge and reignite the fires.

You have great back spread!
