Man, those squashed pics make your legs look ridiculous hahaha?!

Seriously though man, some insane progress. You weren't really small in 2009 but shiiiit looking at that, in just under 3 years, that's progress and a half! Amazing muscle thickness. Needs more lines! hahaha

Yeah sorry about some of the pictures being stretched a little bit. My cracked copy of Photoshop has stopped working so I had to use a new programme and it isn't as good :shifty: Thanks for your feedback bro. I intend to take my conditioning and detail to the next level in 2012. Like a 100kg+ Daniel Hibbs :pfft:

Is this quad life?

f*ck i wanna see the bulking pics! :poked:

Are you sure? I have a couple and they aren't pretty lol. I got up to 21% BF at one stage

what did you weigh before training? just curious, your frame is thick as fuk

I was only 65kg before I started training bro. Oh and I was only 13 years old hahaha. My old man threw me in the squat rack in third form and I went from there. Was around 80-85kg shredded all through high school then when I left I changed my training style and blew up to nearly 100kg with abs at 18. Always been quite thick with big quads, its genetic, my 15 year old brother is built the same (except he's 6'). Although at 105kg @ 15% he is going to put me to shame very soon.

Kept training on and off with no real enthusiasm for a few years then started going religiously from mid 2007. To be honest I didnt know anything till I came to NZBB and learnt heaps here, Changed Gyms, and hooked up with a few more hardcore guys and went from there.

Thats some awesome progress dude, can't wait to see you in a year.

Cheers Pyro, hopefully be considerably improved next year

good stuff SG! Looks l like you've also fixed your symmetry a bit up too... or maybe just figured out how to pose properly. It seems like your right side is a bit smaller... not much the case in the later photos.

Yeah my right side WAS slightly smaller but it seems to have corrected itself, or I just pose better

Wow,great shape soundsgood,

alot of hard work right there.

awsome stuff.

It sure is, as you know bro

Now thats Massthetic.

Oh man, I was going for the Aesthetic look. Somewhere along the way I went wrong

lol. most would be happy with the 09 pics. mean as. truely jealous bro!

Trust me, you are never happy. As soon as you attain your 'goal physique', you want to be Bigger/Leaner

Showing a good consistent work ethic man... kudos to you!

Thanks brother. I have learnt heaps from you and hope to keep doing so.

Motivates me to smash my legs hard! You've got such a bright future if you keep going hard man. Mr NZL in the making imo

Inspiring as hell

Cheers bro! We got to tee up that leg train in the new year!

Lol, nah quads are just on maintainence mode now.

After seeing Mark Reed this year I know I can add a lot more to my back and take it from 'Big' to 'Freak ' so that's gonna be the main focus. Like you did, I'm going to start hammering hammies heaps more too, all the different angles.

I think I've made good gains already on my chest, so if that can continue that will hopefully b a bit bigger and a couple of inches on my arms would be good too although that doesn't really make much difference to body weight.

It's not so much the body weight that will change next year, more the conditioning will be on a whole new level. I have a new team behind me, different approach, so hopefully even better things will follow next year.
