in 4 disappointing results

Maybe... or he may be the next Matt Mendenhall?

May surprise us...

But seriously, I would have my thyroid and FSH checked if I was busting my arse doing cardio and had that amount of fat.

It's actually happened to me, I got fatter and fatter on 1700 calories a day and cardio, and I eventually had my thyroid checked and it had pretty much shut down.

Over weight, routine doesn't look in check, and using Dbol on first cycle. Yup he will come out looked ripped as f*ck.

I'll be interested to see your results, especially with your current body state.

Would be good to kept updated, but don't feed us the horseshit about how much you train and your diet unless it's actually true. I am genuinely interested in your progress (despite disagreeing on your adventure into AAS prematurely) but don't wanna be fed misinformation.

not to go too off topic and get sent to band camp...but to the experts (Harry/Andriod etc) is it true that the first cycle should not be wasted as a cutter?

lol @ experts!

Ummm I don't think you get the best bang for your buck on a calorie restricted diet when it comes to courses so I would tend to say it's not your best idea when doing your first one. You tend to be using your gear just to maintain the muscle that you have rather than gain more. HOWEVER diet or not, you will gain on your first course. Not as much as you would gain if you were in a cal surplus but still you will gain.

would imagine that if this guy takes real gear he'll be happy with the results no matter what he eats

no offence to you or toofat... but i just saw this thread and i disagree with that statement android.

he looks like he doesnt know the first thing about training. and knows about minus 10 things about nutrition.

both these things are very important.

he has got Apollo product and i wont have him say at the end of the cycle oh i got shit results lets blame the gear... because thats fucken bullshit! and i wont have it! if you cant get results naturally dont think these steroid things are the magic little answer. all the same principles still apply to natural training and enhanced training.

put that shit in your undie draw and loose some bodyfat...

someone younger with a much more developed natural physique posts up a proposed steroid cycle and he gets raped and pillaged on this forum, then the fat kid proposes his and he gets encouraged...

is this a joke?

Exactly like I said before and im agreeing with tom 100%, how is the guy expected to get results when it doesn't look like he has lifted a weight in his life. If you can't get any results naturally why is that going to change with gear.

Jumping on dbol, test and clen isn't the way to go imo, he needs to get his diet and at least a solid routine going for a while and get some results before stepping up.

Cos it's gear and that's why you take it maybe?

I don't think he should take it and neither do many of the other guys but it's a moot point, he is going to anyway so lets just sit back and watch and see if he suprises us!

Lol @ people being sensitive about product legitimacy!
