3 months of dieting and gym work

You should think very carefully before deciding use steroids.

I believe that having the natural hormonal system up and running is much much better than being on steroids. I feel like I've got test flu most days... never really fully fresh feeling like I used to feel... and I know it's not just me getting old... I've been off for up to close to a year at times and then I get that fresh feeling back.

I'd strongly advice you against using steroids. You need to fully understand and be able to follow the concept of progressive gains in the gym. You also need to have a pretty good handle on nutrition to make it all work well.

Looking at your photos... I think you'd be better off just sticking with clen for a couple of years and trying to build a good solid base naturally.

I think you'll be quite disappointed in the long run if you decide to start using gear at this stage in your development.

At which stage would you suggest a shift to aas

I'd only suggest AAS for people who are literally killing themselves in the gym because they've got some kind of mental disorder (i.e. bigorexia lol). :pfft:

It's possible to achieve a damn nice physique naturally... and AAS in my opinion should only be a last resort. Think of all the money you would save in the long term by not touching gear. If you're not careful your life can start revolving around the stuff... that's certainly not a good thing.

AND WHAT IS THIS CRAZY TALK??

Toofat, you are no where ready for gear.

If you were close to being ready you would not look the way you do, its not being insensitive but your fat as f*ck and look like you've never even seen an advert for a dumbell rack.

If you take gear you will only end up dissapointed.

Sorry but I'm gonna be pretty blunt with you...

There's no way you should hit the juice. Quite frankly it doesn't really look like you have been hitting the gym much at all. It doesn't look like you have built much of a muscle base up at all - which isn't particularly hard if you train right and eat right.

AAS will be wasted on you - you won't get huge/ripped without putting in the hard yards, regardless of whether you are on juice or not. Do your research, make a plan and stick to it.

Sorry but I also strongly disagree with I declare war - stay away from clen. It's pretty obvious you don't have your diet sorted. Stop trying to cheat and do cut corners.

I actually agree with that. I was trying to give him a middle road there... sounds like he's gonna do something either way... if anything he should stick to clen rather than AAS. Best of all would be to stick to hard work and no chemicals... most definitely.

DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!!

Thought I better put that in cos all the guys who would say that have been suspended... lol

Seriously you have some work to do naturally before I would say even consider taking gear HOWEVER... so do lots of other very regular and heavy gear users so it's more about what you want to do. If it's in your head just hit it and be disappointed that it's not magic.

Oh and bro excess cals are excess cals, clean bulk or not... no ones getting leaner eating too many cals.

I would say it's disappointing to see someone at your level thinking he needs to get on it but really it's more common than not.

You are simply too fat for the juice, your body looks like it's flooded with progesteron and estrogen based on the softness of your skin, and your rosy cheeks.

You will end up dissapointed, you will have a higher aromatisation ability and the results will be minimal.

Your avatar says you are an aided trainer, I hope you havn't already started.

You need to lose body fat and gain muscle, buy a tractor tire and flip that around your garden for an hour a day minimum.

The surgeon general recommends an hour of cardio a day minimum seven days a week, you at this point do not get days off training.

I think if your really serious about AAS, wait till you hit 12 percent which should take a year.

Post your diet for us to see too please, you have been over weight for a lengthy period of time as the fat has seperated and 'hangs'.

You need that gone as quick as you can before the skin slackens.

Best of luck mate, suck it up and go hard, you'll make it.

And no asthmatic medication for a newbie

TOO FAT FOR THE JUICE? lol... cmon man, not everyone who's gassed wants to be shredded, plenty of higher bf percentage PLs around the place who aren't too fat for the juice. It's all down to goals.

I would say most of the guys I see starting out are too weak and skinny for the juice lol...

Not playin devils advocate but just sayin!

yeah but you have a better response if your body fat is lower?

Do you? I am not sure why you would think that was the case? I mean a lot of skinny guys use steroids to get bigger and a lot fat guys use them to get leaner. I know loads of guys who only get on it when it's time to get in shape. Is it that much different a reason for using steroids than the skinny lean guy who get's on it to gain mass? I am not so sure.

I see loads of guys jacked to the eyeballs and shredded who look great but once you look past the conditioning you work out that they have been an ""awesome" shredded 80k for as long as you have known them and yet take increasing amounts of gear to remain there.

It is an individual thing. We can talk til we are blue in the face about what he SHOULD do in our differing opinions but I kind of feel like that's a waste of time to be honest. If he wants to he should DO IT DO IT DO IT.... share his experience and maybe someone coming up will think... "hmmmm maybe I should wait til I am just a bit further along" or not.

Understand all of that, but whats the point of going on when diet isnt in check and doesn't look like a decent routine is either, along with the higher BF% meaning higher chance for sides. I think the argument between a powerlifter with some extra cushioning, who has been training for a long time with their knowledge in the gym is a lot different to someone starting out with little experience.

hmmmm well I think you need to look around and see what having your diet in check really means.. have you noticed how a few of the guys on here eat? lol

As for experience and time under the bar, I am in total agreement... however I know more than enough guys who kick off on the gas and pay little to no attention to those factors, think that steroids are the be all and end all... I haven't said he's going to get awesome gains and be freaky I have just said why not? I mean he'll learn for himself pretty quick. Might even be one of those guys who reckons steroids don't do anything lol... end of the day who really cares? It's for him to decide and who knows, maybe he smashes it hard and comes out awesome.... hence me saying to each their own and it's a personal decision.

If I was making people's choices for them, just about everyone on here would be still natural and I would have all the gear to myself ha ha ha ha

:pfft:

Way back when I was eating pies, ice-cream, and drinking coke for my meals and a skinny f*cker I joined a gym. Did it for 6 weeks before starting on my first cycle and from that point on my view on dieting and working out changed forever.

I knew nothing when I started taking gear, not a thing. I didn't even know about stacking, testosterone, or PCT. I relied on others to tell me what to buy and they told me when to turn up for a pin.

A cycle isn't that dangerous or special and it won't kill him. It might provide him with the motivation to change his dirty filthy grubby eating habits around and shed some more of that disgusting lard off his mid-section.

God i feel sick just looking at the pics, take them down!
