what gains do you expect from your planned cycle?

10 kgs of muscle would be good

dbol for the first month

ill have some clen as well

nolvadex for pct

on a bulking diet eat everything lol

Sooo, what's your story too fat? Why you going straight onto the junk? Why not try and build a natural physique and then go from there? Just curious. I've thought about the juice before but always wanted to see what my unaided potential was first. Optimass has a great post on this somewhere. Check it out.

My story I suppose its the same as anyone else you see a big kunt in the gym and want look like him

I play rugby as well so it would make me bigger stronger faster than being natural self explanatory

you'll still gain quite a hefty amount of fat if you eat anything and everything.

Going by your current pics you're not a rake so wouldnt be wise to go on a see food diet

not really trying to be negative, but it looks like for your 3 years of on/off training you havent gained much muscle. (i definitely had more muscle at 17 y/o with zero weight training).

basically my question is what makes you think that you will get such good gains from a cycle?

Im not sure if I will or not the 3 years ive been goin have not been consistent

its only recent that ive been eating clean and goin to the gym to give 100 percent.

Im 21 now and am not looking for the quick fix Ive done alot of homework on the subject and am excited about tryin the juice.

i was pretty keen to try as well, but for the moment at least i have decided that from my perspective the benefits do not outweigh the potential risks.

i seem to remember some guy on here posting about how his cycle had basically ruined his health and life...i'd be interested to hear what others have to say about the risks of AAS use

You should think very carefully before deciding use steroids.

I believe that having the natural hormonal system up and running is much much better than being on steroids. I feel like I've got test flu most days... never really fully fresh feeling like I used to feel... and I know it's not just me getting old... I've been off for up to close to a year at times and then I get that fresh feeling back.

I'd strongly advise you against using steroids. You need to fully understand and be able to follow the concept of progressive gains in the gym. You also need to have a pretty good handle on nutrition to make it all work well.

Looking at your photos... I think you'd be better off just sticking with clen for a couple of years and trying to build a good solid base naturally.

I think you'll be quite disappointed in the long run if you decide to start using gear at this stage in your development.

If I could go back to before I ever touched the hormones I would... they seem to take the love out of your life and make everything here and now! (or maybe that's just me.)

At which stage would you suggest a shift to aas

I'd only suggest AAS for people who are literally killing themselves in the gym because they've got some kind of mental disorder (i.e. bigorexia lol). :pfft:

It's possible to achieve a damn nice physique naturally... and AAS in my opinion should only be a last resort. Think of all the money you would save in the long term by not touching gear. If you're not careful your life can start revolving around the stuff... that's certainly not a good thing.

this is the state of it your not alone too fat there are tones of guys like you that take gear and sorry to say this but if i saw those pictures of you anywhere else i wouldn,t even think you have stepped into a gym before let alone lift weights jump on a clean bodybuilding diet and stick with it for at least a year do acouple of cardio sessions per week to help burn of all that fat you are carrying but really focus on building some muscle with a solid bodybuilding/powerlifting program you are capable of building a body 200% better then what you have now without taking drugs

your about where I was at 4 months ago at 24%bf

Im now down to 20% and still got a way to go but can see progress.

I can see the change taking shape but also realise its slow

aint no fukin way ide consider taking anything because I know I can always put in more effort if I realy want too.

And the more I do, the more I relaise the little I used to do..

now doing it for 4 months I feel ive conditioned my body enough to give it a complete hiding in the new year to get more results quicker

good luck
