Now my right hand is always cramping, like very hard to type and use mouse. could this all be related?

Been happening to me for years mate, and I'm, not dead, just old..... :pfft:

I have a permanently numb side of my left foot. Been like that for a year or so. Maybe I hit a nerve in my quad and cut the signal? I dont know, but it is a strange sensation none the less.
