but why are you out now when you got sentenced for something, got let out then did exactly the same thing again?

I was also thinking this, No disrespect. But I would have thought you would get a harsher punishment the second time?

Well I suppose it comes down to facts of my case this is what the judge and parole board have said. Firstly the reason I got recalled was that a bought ezyflow tip blender product which is sold nationwide because of this I thought it was ok to buy but apparently it isnt. I bought the product for personal use so according to them I am not a risk to society but a risk to myself. I became addicted to the drug when it was legal. The main reason I became addicted was the mental disorder body dysmorphic disorder which the psychiatrist diagnosed me with. My heart isnt healthy. There is no reintegration at all that will help me in prison so if I went to prison i would still have the same disorder when I get out, on the outside I can see psychologist etc weekly to help myself. I am still on home d for while then a year of supervision.

Those are the main reasons they have said :) hope that explains

Tom it not the same crime first one for supply this one for personal use. e.g If a person gets caught with a few pills on them for the night isn't the same as if a person was selling thousands of them.

Yep addictions not fun, best way to relate this to people is for example you are an addicted smoker which is legal you smoke for most your life then they change the law to make it illegal, you do the best you can not to smoke but sometimes you make a bad decision and smoke again. It is not easy to stop smoking and keep of smoking and I can tell you if they did make smoking illegal which they prob will do one day there will be a heap people going to jail for smoking. Really these are health issues not criminal issues :) but at the moment you go do jail for health issues

Best thing I ever did was make the trip down to Wgtn 2 years ago to see you and get your opinion on my size, how to grow, and what body parts to bring up to be competitive at the Nationals.

Thing is though - the product is legal, just like someone with a solvent addiction can go buy petrol and sniff it, J has imported a legal product that is on sale through out NZ, yes he has used it for an addiction he has and he needs help for this which he is now getting and hopefully he can beat.. There is no proof that he was supplying and it was shown because of his size and lean mass he needed greater amounts that would prob kill the average person - a Doc that has knowledge in this feild from overseas confirmed that someone like Justin could easily go through the amounts he has said he was using.

You are correct that there are low lifes out there that do use it to date rape but to assume that Justin has supplyed drugs for this purpose is plain wrong , Justin is a nice guy and would not want anything to do with that type of behaviour - yes that happens in society but Im pretty sure the big guy would not want anything to do with low lifes like this..

Assumption is not solid proof :naughty: :)

a hypocrite? iv never touched that stuff, the medicines act and drugs act are totally separate acts. people doing steroids cant really be put in the same boat. i aint imported a million dollars worth of anything lol

i wrote a big page out but just deleted it, i cant be bothered. justice system is fucked.

i think you are a good guy, but i know an innocent girl whose right at the other end of where your sitting who was affected by this stuff without her permission. anyway all the best not gona post in this thread again, hopefully you can get back on track this time or not get caught lol... 3rd time lucky haha

A little harsh Tom...... You know very well the news media have jumped on GHB/GBL and given it a bad press..

Both me & my Girlfriend used to take GHB responsibly back in the UK on a recreational basis, as did many others...

Its those people that miss-use it that are the problem, not the drug itself.. As it is with any drug.. If you want to talk rape drug then Alcohol is the common denominator when it comes to statistics on rape...

Its societies sick sociopaths that have given it the reputation it has...

GHB is a great synergist to use with other recreational drugs, and was mainly used to that end.... You don't read of that in the news...

A lot of judgement going on in this thread based on unsubstantiated information & rumour. None of us are squeaky clean, I would suggest & have done things we are not proud of. Justin has done his time according to the law of the land. Let him take care of his own business.
