I was really dubious about the woman's fight. The concept doesn't appeal to me at all but the Hayley Holt vs Paige Harob (sp?) bout was the best of the night! Mean comeback by Paige in round 2 but not enough to erase the beating she took in round 1.

Carlos looked good but was outboxed by the long arms of Guttenbiel. Was lucky to get the knockdown with 3 seconds to go to get the draw.

Was surprised Cullen lasted the full 3 rounds after Isaac Luke smashed 10 shades if red out of him at the start. Actually more surprised to hear he is only 35. Feels like he's been retired for a decade but I guess not.

Liam messam and Wendall were well matched. Just a slug fest though.

Worst fight of the night was Cameron vs Betham. For a Professional Fighter, Cameron looked very lost in the ring. So what if Betham was gouding him and ducking to the ropes every chance he got. Cameron should have been able to get inside him and land at least a couple of good hits but he had nothing.

It was a lose-lose fight for Cameron, he looked flustered and annoyed and it showed in his boxing. Can't believe he got cut aswell (from a head clash). LOL 2 refs gave Monty one of the rounds too - scores were 60-54, 59-55, 59-55 - generous refs

Slade McFarlane was throwing a good uppercut - left hook combo that landed, Paige got the left hook going in round 2 after she got lit up in round 1 and Los got ripped off.

Carlos was lucky

Cullen had a good come back from his first round beating and had Luck hurting near the end

Liam Messam looked awesome, and could start a career in boxing imo, awesome physique (my goal)

and yep the Cameron/Betham match was shite, Betham had sweet f all except his mouth and Cameron should have been able to shut him down and shut him up, seemed stand offish, a good warm up for though and dominated, and definatly won every round with some nasty body rips to Betham

The refs and judges were pretty shit for the whole event in my opinion. Thats what you get for amateur fighting i guess though. Carlos was unlucky to get a draw. 8 sec count was more like 30

No way, the only person that came outta that fight looking shithouse was Shane Cameron! He admitted during the week that he only took the fight for the money, a cool 80K plus a potential extra 20K for a knockout.

Shane Cameron got up to #7 in one of the world heavyweight rankings from memory, Betham had a few nothing fights, the two arent in the same league. Plus Im pretty sure it was 2-3years since Betham fought last.

That fight was as good as a win for Betham and Cameron knew it.

Just little things but im used to pro fighting which is different. I would have given round one to carlos lost round two and then should have won round 3 because you have to score 10-8 cause of knockdown. But they didnt . Orrrr maybe i had a few too many beers
