Young Bodybuilder jailed for selling E

He does look familiar, did he compete in Akld at Nationals?

Terribly written article though:

A Nelson bodybuilder started selling ecstasy to pay for his lifestyle after he became addicted to steroids and the sport.

Ummm, this is wrong in so many ways! Addicted to steroids? Really? And it said he had a trade - how expensive is this steroids thing?!!

He stopped using steroids after he was fined for importing steroids late last year.......The steroid charges had been a wake-up call, and Stephens had started trying to get his life back together

Stephens, of Hope, was charged this year after he was caught up in Operation Explorer

Ummm timelines seem a bit blurred? Maybe he slept through the wake up call?

It was probably used as part of an excuse for the reason he began dealing. Having a drug addiction can be looked upon as a problem so the judge may of taken a lighter sentence. That or the media just decided to throw that in to try and spice up the story.

Article not that bad. 90% of it is just quoting what was said in court and the other 10% was summarising the outcome and background. It was his lawyer that raised the point that he was addicted to steroids.

Trained with this guy a fair few times in Nelson. Not too bad of a guy, although pretty big in the steroid scene down there.

Feel a bit sorry for him having to serve that long but that's the risk he chose to take when he started dealing.

He said on facebook he's looking at writing a book while he's inside about bodybuilding and drug use.

Everyone I know doing gear is doing Rec drugs too, they go hand in hand.

Write a book... What a wanker! Eat ur 3 meals a day, get butt fucked and sleep next to your toilet then get on with your life.

Since when do you need to publish a book telling ppl how stupid you were... It's all pretty obvious.
