I personally like to put the dropper in my anus and squirt the liquid there when the lower intestines obsorb it, it means it bypasses the liver and you get the most out of it...try it brah, if it burns then flush it with some green top milk

I've done Clen 10 days on, 10 days off, only thing I have to add is that you don't really have to graduate up slowly, i just did 10 days of 100mcgs from day 1, all good. You do sweat and shake like a bitch for a bit but worth it lol.
