I happen to be browsing through my old pics .... and found it funny :pfft: ... So i compiled some pics together ...Would be great so see what other have gained (for some motivation )

My background:

Newbie, been hitting the gym for 1.5- 2 years. Just getting a hold on my diet. Most importantly learning how to squat and DF (and gain some mass on legs :oops: ) ....I have gained about 8 Kgs (muscle+ FAT)... hoping to gain another 8 by next sept...Current weight 74kg (5'8")

Sorry I meant to post pics on a lighter note :pfft: ... Dont have picks when I started...Dint think I would get serious when i started :roll:

Will post some proper once of my current stats...Again, I was just browsing some of my old pics so just compiled for fun..dint mean to get critical this time

Thanks man. Yeah, I actually have gained more muscle mass. I've gone up about a kg and a half over this past week as well and still as lean.

I see why you're smiling in that second picture! Look at all those tissues in that rubbish bin! :pfft:

dont forget the lube pump bottle by the couch :pfft:

5 foot 3.

SnS Those legs look massive ....whats the measurement?...how often do u work out on legs bro :clap:

Haven't taped them lately. I'd say about 23 inches? That's just a rough guess. I workout legs the same amount as every other muscle; once a week. Still got a long way to go though.
