End of first week update!

Made it through one week of strict dieting plus on cheat meal. Bodyweight dropped from 128 to 124.2kg. Not bad considering I felt full and energetic all week. Will keep to this diet another week and look at my progress. Have taken more photos and Ir eckon I lost a bit of the softness around my upper body. Can't wait to see what I look like at the end of this.

Just for lols here is yesterdays cheat meal:

Pizza hut large pepperoni with stuffed crust

KfC zinger burger with chips

Large Monster energy

bastard you get cheat meals!!!

im not giving myself any cheats until i drop to at leat 12% bf, sitting at 15-16% at the moment.

throw up some pics already

yeah man!!! cheat meals help me get through. Always easier to fight current temptation when you have a cheat meal in the pipeline. Plus when you drop 3.8kilo a week it can afford it. I have my target weights at weekly intervals, so if im on or head of target=Cheat meal, and if not....... wellthats the plan at this stage :D

Will avoid posting photos till this whole thing is done. I like the transformation photos so will be posting my results in similar fashion and because I like doogy doo at the moment :pfft: #DoIEven?

check check check!

3.5 weeks in now and things are really coming together. the diet is working a treat and fat loss is noticable and the seperation is starting to develop.

The hunger is somethign that is starting to take its toll and its hard to resist the goodies but so far I've been sticking to it.

Went to CHCH grand prix which was my first show I attended. was really impressed with the physiques on stage. Left feeling very moptivated!! Also bumped into a few NZBB members.

Had good time on the squats last night and finally hit some numbers i havn't done in a while

100x10

140x5

180x5

200x5

180x5

100x20

all were high bar with just a belt. I think the key thing to getting these numbers whilst on a recomp was my pre-workout meal. a protien shake with 60g maltodexrin an hour before the session was just the energy spike i needed to hit squats hard. followed up with heavy leg press and extenstions and leg curls.
