Cheers boss. still relatively new to this game and still have miles to go in my training regime. Still learning everyday and i know my diet & training can always better. the gains still rolling in steadily.

in my journal only really documents lifting but I am focused BBing. Still far far away from size and thickness i want to be at. my guesstation is il be 130kg+ before i look like most guys sitting at 80-90kgs on this forum.

Diet update:

Have started to cut.........no f*ck that! im not cutting. i'll call it composition maitenance. :pfft: basically after a few months of eating hard i'm carrying a little jelly on ma belly. so i've been cutting out the naughty stuff, sweet drinks, beers, pies, fries, cookies. noot been easy get very temped. My meals structure is simple, 800g-1000g chicken every day. lowering my carbs slowly. sources include weetbix, rice (white and brown). 3x 50-60g shakes through out the day. mite do satay sauce in moderation for my fat. normally do 3-4 chicken and rice meals a day. coffees all day :D

abs starting to make an apperance. still rockin 120kgs too

who had set a PB lift whilst slowly shedding fat?

I did last night with a huge jump in my bench. 160kgs 8)

was at my old gym. i reckon the weights are lighter :pfft:

been sick the last 3 days and hating life. diet is dead in the water.

however before this life was great. each week a new cut or vien was coming in. overall vascularity has come up too. strenght was been steady

diet update:

have opted to eat a set diet with one cheat/refuel meal a week. goal is slow steady fat loss. will run for 8 weeks or till I get sick of it

goes as follows:

7am: 6whole eggs + 4bit of vogel

10am: PS 1.75scoop

1pm: 200g chicken + cup brown rice

4pm:can of tuna+ 4 bits of vogel

post workout: PS 2scoop

8pm: chicken + vege + 1/2 cup brown rice

totals:P:299 C:197.7 F:69.3 cals:2700

reverse machine flys

5sets of challenging weight X 10. good volume for such a small muscle hoping to bring them up to get nice delt roundage

Liked your PB while cutting, I find the same thing, my strength improves while dieting (or at least in the initial stages), I think because my body is more efficient? Who knows but I will take it lol

who knows the pb may have been in the tank during the last few weeks of my bulk but didnt think to go for it.

This diet has been so tough on me. have been watching the clock like a hawk counting the minutes til my next meal. i bet i could smash these macros everyday by noon. still holding on tho
