good morning guys,

Update: terry is alive and well.

after the depression caused by dieting and cardio i've decided to regauge in my forte' BULKING. one slight change though this it will be cleaner!!! dont think it wil be daily mcdurndurns but maybe big portioned meals more frequently, this last cut was exhausting and i really dont want to commit to 5 months of lifestyle reitricting  measures just to look OK..

wont be planning to compete this year, as my cut really highlighted some serious weakness that need to be addressed. turned out i wasnt as big as i though.

As for drugs im going to contiue to blast und cruise but will go for larger doses. ive been on 500mgs test for the last few months with t3 which kept me stable at 111-114kg. I am about to run 700mg boldenone, 350 trenbolone and 400 testosterone. then i will push up the doses in the new year to 1400mg boldenone, 700 trenbolone, 400 testesterone will run the tren for 10-15weeks. will run bold for 20weeks plus. not a very othrodox thing to do but heres is my reasoning: My body loves boldenone, just seems to slowly put on muscle without the bloat and the sides are non-existant even at high doses. tren is the one thats got me nervous, 500 gave me issues but this time i will keep on top of estrogen to keep my progesterone levels down coupled witht he lower dose of test i hope keep things managable. May add in orals here and there, hope to track down some superdrol, its the shiznit! insulin is on the cards aswell

 

Training will be business as usual.

That's an awful lot of gear for such an undeveloped person. I remember when I was your age I had no trouble growing off 200mg of test every 10 days. Perhaps you should up your training before you up the drugs?

going to try something new to bring lagging body parts. going to hit them multiple times a week to see if brings up the size of particular areas going to follow this sort of protocol:

  • triceps 3x a week
  • biceps 2x a week
  • calves 3x a week
  • quads 2x a week

going to be hectic week (only one rest day*sad*) hopefully works. keep you niggas posted

going to start my next blast aswell in the coming weeks. hopefully smash 120kg lean!!!

eat the food, lift the weight and make the muscle.

 

im going to trying to keep a better log of my training. Im planning to move overseas later in the year but im going put more energy and time to getting in shape and depending on how things go, maybe do a comp.

 

currently I am training at 80% and eating at 50%. body weight is around 116kg, bodyfat im not to sure on but maybe around the mid to late teens which im hoping to bring down to 10% over the 16weeks.

 

im going to keep things pretty relaxed on diet but will start doing a macro split in the next few weeks. i am going to run a moderate protien, low carb and moderate fat diet which seems to work for people with similar body types (fat skinny)

 

as for drugs im going to running a ridiculus dose of 200mg EW of test for 8 weeks, after that im not too sure. I am currently using up the last bit of clen and t3 I have, I am add in more in the later weeks if I get stuck.

just thought Id talk about supplements and why I wont be using them anytime soon. I think over the years ive thrown thousands upon thousands of dollars down the drain for supps,I dont even want to add it up. Now I don't mind spending money on items when I get return on my investment. With supplements, have they help me? I would yes, has it been significant? No. IMO it is just not worth it! $$$$ has always been a restricting resource when it comes to BB and life in general. So when I open my wallet I need to be getting the maximum result for my dollar. To me there is no better substance for BB than plain old fashion food PEROID. To the two don't even compare.

PWO supps are something I will try to avoid, yes they work, but only for so long. If you need a stimulant kick to get through workout there much better options then shiny supps, I have the best concentration and pumps when my diet and sleep in check, sometimes I will add in a low GI carb with caffiene preworkout to fuel energy and pumps. example Redbull or a stong coffee.

Protein Powders were always a stable in my diet. The reason im now going to stay away from them is that I can get my daily requirement of protein from whole foods which I would much rather eat then suck down a shake. 

Creatine is a supp I only got very limited results from. It maybe a good option for a natural bodybuilder but for an enhanced gentleman I dont see the point. I also eat alot of red meat too so I dont think Im going miss out on much creatine as I may already have good creatine saturation.

BCAAs tastes good but zero gains. wont be missed, more gains to be had from Raro.

DAA, tribulus, ZMA: maybe if you like crazey dreams but for muscle growth??? just Lul

f*ck im sore. going to be rest day today.

I did high rep (15-20) legs the other day which went well, the sets were intense but I had good energy throught and managed to hit 4 exercises with 3-4 working sets, I even had enough energy to hit calves for 5-6sets. not often I can do that.

loving the eating at the moment, just ate a 350gram thick cut steak with a cup of rice. I expect a big poo tomorrow. good thing its saturday so I can take my time. I may even get a book read whilst battle the beast.

bodyweight is 114kg at the mo, not going to diet till the weight loss stops, may not even need to diet to get down to my goal.

so yesterday I failed to take a rest when I bored out of my mind. I decided to go train biceps and biceps alone. Never done just biceps, I curled over 400 reps in under half hour, the weights were small but my pump was huge. No significant growth to mention. 

also tried a new preworkout stack:

  1. 2 pints of lager
  2. 1 double chocolate cookietime
  3. 500ml monster full sugar

The pump and concentration were amazing, I will keep experimenting on other stacks.
