k had relapse from cutting back into bulking that means cheatmeals.

glad i did it body fat didnt responded that hard and threw out a good set on bench after a few weeks of primarily hitting incline movements. did a 142.5kg for an easy 5. could of had 6-7 but want to hit the 5reps again next set which i did a little convincing than the first.

oh and did a 190kg squat for 5 feel orgasmic

tidying up the diet on bringing the cardio back in.

Firstly I need to appologise for some of my offensive posts in other threads. I have been experiement with OTC test boosters and my hormones got the better of me. During my suspension I have brought my libido under control and i promise not offend any other forums users past this point.

Terry back with an update:

bodyweight is around 115-116kg at the end of the day.

training:

monday:chest and delts

tuesday: Quads and calves

wednesday: 30-60mins cardio

thursday: arms and abs

friday: hams and back

saturday: 30-60mins cardio

sunday: 30-60mins cardio

Diet:

no real set structure but been using carbs as modestly as possible.

I'd rather be dirty bulking. im tired and hungry

confession time:

Terry has been slipping up, diet=shit, training=shit, cardio=shit

think i need sometime off. i have little motivation to train and eat properly.

may just be phase. Strength has been good. BW is at 116-118kg. Body fat is a tad high.

think I will just train light for a week then work into a strict diet to push the Bf down at faster rate.

Tell you what guys I have much more respect to anyone who has the determination to cut down. It is tough. Still struggling but things are slowly heading in the right direction. Very slowly.

Bodyweight: 116kg

Training: weights have fallen back a wee bit. Bench is really tough at the moment. my lowest point was 10sets of 10 at 100kg. I have changed up squats to high bars, have brought my feet closer together and toes more pointing forward. This has helped me put more strain down the front of my quads and less stress on the hammies which get trained on a different day.

Diet: Usual story: good days & bad days. in general I am eating less. Carbs have really been backed off.

Cardio: just 2-3 times a week mainly just power walking.

It's way easier if you have a time specific goal like a bb comp, a wedding, new years etc as stupid as it sounds wanting to look good at RnV is what keeps me going even though I don't give a f*ck I just want be lean for summer. If your just cutting in general it's to easy to say f*ck it i'll try do better tomorrow/next week etc

well tomorrow is the last day of 2012. over past 12months my progression has been the most significant since I first picked up a dumbell. If youre intersted this post will be a recap for terry's 2012.

I have gotten bigger, I have gotten leaner, I have had got stronger but most importantly I have gotten smarter and I have increased my knowledge. The factor to achieve this has been consistancey. Not just in diet and training but also in experimentation and the hunger to always push further.

Strength is something I always hold close to my heart. I would never trade 10kgs of my bench to gain a kilo on the scales. over the year I seen another 20kgs on my bench, last years squat 1rm was repped for 5 in 2012, and although my deads were never a major feature in my training I still put the numbers 20kgs higher than what I could a year ago. In 2013 I hope continue to add in bigger numbers. maybe some rough goals: 170bench 240 squat 260dead

Physique: apart from pictures its hard to show you internet peoples my progress but if I had to say so myself I would attest that I had made good all around gains. My body weight for the year started at 114 few months later 123 after that I slowly dropped back to 116 where I still sit at. now 114 to 116 is sweet F all but i look I gained 15 kegs. The biggest thing has been the fat loss, I appear more muscular and have better seperation. into 2013 I hope to keep on dropping the body fat to the point where I can steady continue to improve my size and physique.

Diet= is the biggest bitch of 2012. I have eaten enough chicken to almost ruin it for me for the rest of my existance. The cooking and the storing. All the chicken that was thrown out. The cheeky hunger buster. From bloating to starving. 2012 has really pushed me in my eating and as always it will always be my downfall. Diet is the one thing that seperates me from my goals. But the truth is its always improving just glaciously slow.

Drugs=Like many others I got into AAS before I should have. Being young I seen what I thought was a short cut I took it. I remember thinking I could do once cycle and get the size I wanted and afterwards just hold the mass but like many other who thought the same, I was back on cycle 3 months later. what AAS do is trick you into thinking your doing everything right. You get stronger, bigger and soon you will actually think youve got it all sussed. If I had a redo I would take at least another year to see how my body responds to diet and training before any cycle. Unfortunately its too late now and I get to play tricky catch up game on learning how diet and training directly impact my progression. Looking into 2013 I will keep much the same as 2012. What worked then will work again. But lessons I did learn (the hard way) 1.Tren=best friend and worst nightmare 2. adex..use it 3. Pct is a must must must infact throw everything at it. whats the point of spending 12 weeks working hard to gain 8 kilos then in 6 weeks after losing more than half of it when you could have kept nearly all of it. 4. Compounds arn't as drastically different as people lead on.

To wrap up it has been a great year for terry and it makes me ambitous to see what 2013 will bring. To all those who have helped along the way thank you so much. I hope to one day contribute as much as I ask. Cheers phaggots

Interesting about your first bicycle. Did you run just test E ?

my first ride wasn't last year bro. sorry should have made that more clear.

it was 10 weeks 250mg of TestE and first 4 weeks 20mg ED of Dbol.

this years cycles were:

12 weeks 750mg sust

12 weeks 400mg deca

4 weeks 30mg dbol ED

10 weeks 500mg test prop

10 weeks 350mg tren ace

4 weeks 40mg stanz

good benching last night hit some numbers that I havn't had on the bar in a while. low reps and some singles

160 X 1 a tad slow a clean rep

165 X 1X just missed it. my left hit lost tension and the setup became unbalanced did get upward movement tho

Going to take my first step into competitive powerlifting wooot woot

just a small local raw push/pull comp. Did deads lastnight to gauge where things were (I don't deadlift). worked up to my old pb 240 and ripped it off the ground. threw on 250 and that went well too but a little slower. Come comp time i feel the 250 wont be an issue. would like to get 260+ but will walk away happy with 250. As for bench, tonight I will get my form legal |(heels down) and see if move the same numbers. Going to get some of the big benchers to help me get the most out of it. Hope to push at 150 at the comp but could do anywhere up to 170 if everything sets up nicely.

Squats last night in the stinking heat wasn't fun :puke: also decided to crank up the intesity. i always train to failure/force reps on all other body parts so why not legs. wont go into weights (cause theyre shit) but it followed this:

Safety bar squats 4 working sets of 10 reps

hack squats 3 working sets 10 reps

Leg press 3 working sets of 15reps

leg extension 3 working sets of 20 reps

getting nice and fat lately. Bodyweight is up around 127kilo much of it being fat but alot of muscle too. Strength has reach some all time highs with me landing a solid 170bench and a 260 deadlift. Still hoping work up to hit a 180 bench along with 10 reps at 140kg.

Terry checking in.

Been tough lately to fully commit to training and keeping the diet clean. Unforunatly I have a job that requires most of my time and when I'm not working I am usually soo fatigued that any training is usually at a comprimissed effort. I am however in the process of switching employers which means I will have more time to focus on training and dieting and at the same time earn more $$$ so can play with some new toys 8) .

also going slowly work into a recomp which I plan to keep in action till the end of the year. My body fat is too high (no idea on %) and it seems a waste to put on more size when I look so soft.

side note going to try and land that 180bench in 3 weeks with help of Bestbench and the team at ESBB. After that my only focus is sexify myself.

Make money, f*ck bitches!!!

Relapsed into energy drinks again. :( RRRRRR. why do they make me feel so good. I have been focusing lately on getting my costs down as noticed my bank account was ever eroding away with bb/pl anticks. The plan is:

:naughty: no supps other than protien

:naughty: no on the go meals, buy fresh and prepare

:naughty: no small servings, buy in bulk

:naughty: no PEDS :^o

I have been playing around with rack pulls lately, I never really tried then till the other day when T wanted to hit my back from a different angle. Worked up 210kg for 10, 8 ,6. Really hit the upper back and traps very nicely, from just one workout I had noticable doms in that area. I don't know about you fullas but back doms are rare for me.

Also these bitch calves need another few inches on the tape measure so with my boy Flex Lewiseses advice I have been hitting them with volume 3plus times a week. So far no success to report.

Also my bench was so awful last session I wondered if I was sick got 130 for a sloppy 8 or 9. 180 max is looking far off at the moment :(

My new favourite exercise are rack pulls NOMNOMNOMNOM all day everyday. Never did a rack pull in my life till just a few weeks ago and so far the exerience has been fruitful. I find the movement is execellent for hitting the upper back and traps and I feel the shape of my back has changed. Will keep hitting these suckus.

also my BBing on a budget has taken a few weeks to get used to. Its hard :evil: but I have made a few cuts and think it hasn't hindered me much.
