enjoying gym and feeling stronger.

must learn all the exercise names so I can list them

basically my goal is to tone up, dont want to be huuuge... tui add... I just want to rid the bodyfat and get some definition, I dont want to be a lightweight, once the bodyfat is gone and have muscle I would like to sit around 95kgs.

  • 2 weeks later...

well its evident im not going to be doing a daily journal but will update weigh ins etc

double checked 1st weigh in

29 yrs

183cm

100.2kgs

23.9% bf

metabolic age 44  this realy got me

now

91.9kgs

20.1%bf

m age 33 :D

prety stoked with all that

looks like I will be into the late teens with the body fat by xmas

and into the late 80kgs with weight.

really stoked to have dropped metabolic age that much

and my muscle mass has remained the same which is good considering the weight I have lost and not doing a huge amount of weight training, im stronger than I was when I started..

and the trainer was impressed with a few of the other stats which I havent noted, pretty much lost 10% of what bodyfat i started with and Ive lost fat only :D

definately a good motivational boost

  • 1 month later...

well after 4 weeks off during the silly season, and only a hand full of workouts and obviously eating what I want I thought I would have a weigh in this morning to check the damage.

weight= unchanged

b/f dropped to 18%

m age dropped to my actuall age

stoked

guess I have kicked in an actual metabolism now

time to get back on the wagon and pull finger

all my results have come from diet and mostly cardio

so to think of what gains I will make when I get a weight programme sorted is awesome

hhmmm been a while since I have been on here.

Still keeping up with my fitness but doing no weights and diet is pretty relaxed.

I realy need to get into the weights.

for you guys who love lifting, what did it take for you to get hooked? how long? and how long befor you started to feel good once you started..

I just find doing weights boring so I dont put in the effot.

Also whats the number 1 fuel or supplement to have after a good weight session to benifit from the training session??
