Hey guys n gals, so much muscle in here I'm surprised the site hasn't crashed from the weight alone

But could someone point me to the beginner section or where the newbies congregate as I want to do this the right way and hit the ground running now that this is my new lifestyle

I have the diet and nutes sorted but am looking for beginner workouts and how much I should training and not over training etc..

Also cardio advice while trying to build muscle as some say yes a must and others say no that's the devil..

Thanks in advance for any help

I do read, research from all over the net but the difference is this forum is kiwi and I'm getting kiwi opinions not some far off country that have far off products or gyms we will never see here.

Yes I understand everyone has different opinions but the more ways I hear about stuffing a cat the more info I can use to compare my own recipe with others.

You can never have too much information... knowledge is power..

One piece of advice is that for any aspect - training, nutrition, whatever - is that ONLY what works for you, works for you. What works for me, won't necessarily get the same results - my training regime might be under- or over-training for you.

So, OC, what are your goals? Bodybuilding, powerlifting ? What about some other stats - age, experience, stuff like that. That's going to shape the advice you need.
