Musculo
For those in NZ we are lucky enough to have ACC. Can't tell you all enough that if you have an injury please go to the doctor or physio and get it registered. If the problem persists in the future and you need further treatment for it if you have been covered by ACC then the likelihood of them paying for half or even most of your treatments costs are high! Pseudonym
Hey, great topic! It's one that seems to affect us all. Just about every bodybuilder you speak to has niggling injuries - especially in the shoulders... :? You don't have to see a doctor or physio just to get the injury registered though, do you? I thought that every workplace had a register?

Musculo
Yes in the gym its VERY common to have shoulder injuries. The reason being that we go too heavy for what our shoulders can take.

deegee
haha - unfortunately you will buddy - it's inevitable. If you are pushing yourself hard injuries happen, some are just simple accidents too. but by being careful I am sure you can keep them to a minimum.
