Your most effective lean mass building cycle

Disclaimer: I'm mainly looking at guys that have had alot of experience here as its a diff story to gain 5kg of lean mass on your first few cycles than it is 4-5 years down the line.

The compounds i have run are:

Test 500-1000mg

Deca 400mg (once)

Tren e/ace 400-500mg

dbol 50mg

Stan 50mg (8 days into first)

my goal is bulk to from 100 to 107kg and be in slightly better condition than i am currently.

What i want to know is was there a particular combination of doses/compounds that you found to be particularly effective?

Not open to gh because of cost, but am going to consider GHRP6 when i know a bit more about it and also insulin.

What do you think are some good combinations to get maximum synergy from a given stack?

EDIT: I do not plan to compete, this is purely for my self......not a single f*ck was given, competing is irrelevant to this thread :)

Conpunds I've used:

Tren Enanthate ( 500mg/week )

Stanozolol ( 100mf/eod )

Dbol ( 40mg/day )

Sustanon250 ( 1gr/week )

Deca ( 400mg/week )

Been in the game for 4 years now.

The best mass builder for me was DBol+Tren E+Sust250

I think the Tren E+sust have a very good synergy, the 'feel-good', agressiveness and strength were unbelieveble.

That's what gave me best results in terms of strength and mass.

I thought the best lean bulk would b determined by diet.

But I like Boldenone and Test-E personally (any Test will do tbh) for the ability to make lean gains without bloat or that Deca/DBol moon face. Throw in your personal favorite Trenbolone and that would b 3 obvious choices.

I've yet to try Masteron but others using it during cutting say it does a good job of keeping them lean and tight looking without Tren.

Lastly, T3 at small doses is something some people are doing during a bulk cycle with good results. One i have seen is an overweight guy coming down to a solid look, another stays lean on it all the time while cycling with Deca/Sus250 or whatever he likes. Looks promising.

Shoulld I just the ''E'' out of ''Tren E'' and swap ''SUST'' with ''TESTOSTRONE'' for you to be happy with ''TREN+TESTOSTERONE'' synergy? :roll:

You're hardly likely to take Tren without Test....Its not synergy its necessity.... Compound synergy is more like adding Winstrol or Proviron for mild anti-E & SHBG reducing properties etc...

For me the word ''synergy'' could be used to state when a compound goes really well with another...

But what do I know, Enlgish is not my first language... :doh:

WOW :shock: guy hasn't even run testosterone before but wants to f*ck around with his thyroid. BTW 'donz', you do realise that your thyroid influences almost every single reaction in your body...?

I thought this whole "shutting down your thyroid" thing was now known to be a myth? As far as I'm aware there's no evidence of it happening but plenty of examples of how quick it rebounds after even years of t3/t4 use. Any studies?

Not a myth. Just individual responses are different. I wouold like to cite a study but I just don't do that cos I am lazy, however anecdotally I know a few people (figure and fbb) who now have to take thyriod all the time.

This. It's not likely, but it is possible, just as it is with testosterone. However, thyroid is pretty crucial so I think one should be cautious before playing with it.

@donz - try clen instead bro, much much less risky.
