I guess everyones gotta go through that stage in life tho, was fun when I did at the time, unfortunate that my ex flatmate got done for manufacture of MDMA / MDA. I guess I was lucky I got out pretty quickly & focused my energy on training rather than clubbing once I got over the whole sweaty hug eccy buzz.

Progress is hindered more than you would think if you're aim is to get big (and stay healthy INB4Rys is quoted).

Have fun tho kiddies - keep your fluids up, but dont go drowning yourselves! :grin:

my progress isnt hindered. better than alcohol for sports perfromance and testosterone levels

I love these events @ the ellerslie because you can get a hotel room at the novotel and just stumble there when you're done. no taxi drama or anything!

about 5 or 6 juiced up young zzyzz wannabes at my gym have been training hard twicw a day chest 3 times per week and carb depleting for our house lol i am serious talked to them tonight cracked me up go hard all you munted bastards!

hahahaha. any of them look any good?

a couple of them do not massive but good bods (no homo) they will probs be dancing around in tight colourful singlets or no shirt and be grinding there teeth lol im actually abit jelly
