2guns
yeah mate i competed on the weekend and i used the phil kabakoff tan product.bought a 500ml botlle for $65 which i sponged on 3 coats thursday night, friday night, and early sat morning. and still had half a bottle left for next time!!!!!i then bought some body shimmer tanning cream from the same company ($45). this lasted really well also and gave me a way better colour.by the end of the night show i still had over a 1/4 of a tub of the cream, which i gave to someone who was in the overalls.i found these products better quality than the dream tan, worked out to be the same price, but i had left overs whereas with the dream tan i usually only just have enough.highly reccomended

2guns
abit of a bastard!but one of my chick mates help ed me get it off lol  haha. i just used some soap powder mixed with dishwashing liquid, as this is what people at the show were saying to do. but in the past ive used baby oil and cooking oil which melted it off well.but the undercoats are still on me which when i go out i been getting a few looks (not sure if its the tan or if they looking at my guns :pfft: )put it this way its just as much of a pain to get off as dream tan is.p.s when are you thinking of competing? Pittbull
Jan tana IMO gives you a bit of a redish look & is not as good as contest colour by Phil Kabakoff, this is the same stuff Lee Preist uses & also Ronnie Rokell has now started useing it to if I'm not mistaken. One benifet other than not hiding your hard earnt conditioning like dream tan can do is that contest colour actually helps draw out moisture from under the skin, helping to give a dryer look!If anyone is interested in the contest colour range please feel free to PM me. Musculo
Now us girls are pretty good at moisturising but you boys need to make sure you do too! 2guns if your skin was dry like it sounds like it was then you wouldn't have needed as much tan and it wouldn't have been so hard to get off. The majority of customers who use the Kabakoff products like it because its so easy to come off.

Musculo
Heres some instructions for Phil Kabakoff tan:If you have a good colour as a base, then all you need is 4 coats of Original Contest Colour(OCC). Say the show is on a Saturday. You should put a coat on Thursday evening, leave on all night,in the morning shower lightly DO NOT use SOAP or similar, just rinse off with tepid water and pat dry. Apply another coat Friday morning, leave on all day, shower again on Friday evening as before. Apply another coat and leave on all night. On Saturday morning shower as before and when dry apply another coat and leave it on.DO NOT SHOWER THIS OFF If you can sit in the sun it is good, if not use a hair dryer to bake it on. Before you compete allow enough time to apply Body Shimmer for the finishing coat. Unless you have a problem with dry skin then most people say it comes off straight away. In fact thats why a lot of people like it - because it does. The difference between Original Contest Colour & Acetone Free Contest Colour is the following: Original CC is designed to draw small amounts of fluid out from the skin. This in turn will help you look harder on stage. It hangs on better to you skin, which is an advantage if you are sweating a lot. (As Lee Priest says " it sticks like shit to a blanket"). Lee Priest has used it for years. After this years Pro Show Ronnie Rockell now uses this too. I can also tell you that at the 2006 Australian Pro GP 15 of the 20 competitors were using these products by choice.
