train insane or remain the same

today was legs at CP te atatu with a mate..havnt trained since tuesday due to illness so was amping for this one.

squats - 4x heavy sets of 2,4,8,8 followed by 3x lighter sets of 8,16,24 reps

nose started bleeding on my second to last heavy set haha first time thats happenned.

walking BB lunges outside - 3 sets

legs were fried by this stage and my head was pounding from being sick..moved over to hamstrings

standing single leg curl 3 sets

seated hamstring curl. this was a weird one the entire seat moves backwards as you curl the weight down, it means you can get a better squeeze as you can take the ROM further, best 'feel' exercise ive ever done for hamstrings. - did 4 sets with a DS

seated calf raise - 3 or 4 sets with a DS

legs were fried from this, squats took their toll for sure. was dripping in sweat from the heat..all in all good workout and it feels good to be back. lost a few kgs over the coarse of the week :( itll come back soon enough

Nosebleeds while squatting! Far out, hardcore.

Probably been blowing your nose a bit too much while sick.

Feels good to get back in the gym after some forced time off aye!
