Cut Assistance

Need some advice

Started 3 years ago at around 94kg bf 27%

Now sitting at 82kg with bf around 11%

Cutting consists of clean diet based on slight 300 defecit for 3 day and maintenance for 1 day (then repeat). Clean diet being oats, P powder,brown rice,veges,chicken.

Train 5 day split with 20 mins cardi0 after @ around 70% MHR

I am on a plateau !!!!! Doesnt matter what i do ( Less calories / Change of ratios / More cardio / higher intensity) i just can seem to get any lower body fat. Is there any "extra" assistance that can be used in conjunction with current program or am i looking for an easy way out ???
