Just found this site again after a while away (2years at uni living the party life) been training for 6months properly. Re-read my previous journal and posts and man I talked some s*** when I was younger :D . Weak as to, 12.5kg curls wtf hahaha!

Im going to post in here to keep track of my progress and now that I have found what works for me and what I want to achieve. Currently I am doing a 3x5 routine 3 times a week and just eating everything.

STATS:

Height - 6ft1

Weight - 82.7kg

Age 21

Bench - 102.5kg x5

Squat - 100kg x5

Deadlift - 165kg x7

Military Press 67.5kg x5

Still weak as but getting there. Struggle with squat due to my skinny legs.

GOALS:

Gain bw to 90kg

Bench 120kg

Squat 120kg

Deadlift 200kg

Military 80kg

Then hit the 1000lb mark for my big three. I reckon I can do it easy with major squat improvement.

I have set these realistic for the next 3 months.

Felt shit but still did good after diving for 4hours today.

Military Press PB! Plenty more in the tank

Was bugered after that

Deadlifted a few singles up 150kg. Scared now though as Ive been told my form is shit. Ill take a video for you all to judge.

Finished with some light squats. Wont be diving on a gym day ever again.

Shit workout tonight.

Weighed in at 83.5kg! Stoked! On creatine now, should get good weight gains.

Military

72.5kg x 4 PB

60KG X 7

few other low Kg sets.

Attempted 80kg got it up with a bit of leg drive but couldnt clean press it.

Practised Deadlift technique.

Can pull 170kg x5 with shit form easy but with good form im struggling with 100kg. Need to learn muscle memory.

Close grip bench

90kgx5 easy as.
