First shot today.

Gluteus medius, 25g 1 inch.

Was nervous and shaking a lot (not afraid of needles). Absolutely painless thus far at 10 hours in. No stinging after injection, no bruising feeling yet either; although at 1.25% BA stinging is hardly to be expected.

When do others here personally start to feel the prop? Should peak around 24 hours so will be interesting to note any changes.

if you feel anything it will be in your head.

inb4 'test rush' LOL

This is bad luck.

Just had 2nd shot and I am not only sick, but have tweaked my infraspinatus in the rotator cuff. Not sure what to do.

I had a slight subluxation of my left arm (not whilst lifting) but due to the situation ignored it at the time. Now it is tender when stretching out overhead. Dips and push ups are no problem however, can apply full power. It's holding a plank position and having the arm overhead that aggravates it. I've had shoulder stability problems and subluxations in the past with my right shoulder due to sport but never my left side. I tend to get over any pain pretty quickly if they occur, less than a day. Don't know how long the left will take.

Do I continue to shoot and train legs for a few days or week and then come back? Have worked my upper body very hard recently, perhaps over reaching, so that might be beneficial.

Or stop entirely?

I assume your humerous has partially moved out of joint, but not fully dislocated..... I can't comment on your medical condition, but if you came off gear every time you got an injury, you'd never be on...

Your strength tends to increase quicker than your bodys weaker bit have chance to catch up. Ligaments & tendons tend to lag behind your muscles ability to get stronger & lift more...

I know its not specific to your particular injury, but you sort of get used to something always playing up.... Its a ballance between giving up & getting nowhere, or working round what injuries you've got but progressing slower.....

Do you do rotator cuff exercises before working chest & shoulders..?

No but I am absolutely going to once this gets better, hopefully in a few days.

Sneezing, sore throat, runny sinuses, dry mouth, no appetite etc. Sure feel like shit with the shoulder to boot too. Perhaps just a waiting game.

Try an OTC antihistamine like Azep or Telfast. It may help the body adjust to the BA/BB in gear that can result in flu like symptoms.

Thanks for that, I'll give that a go although I think I'm on the mend now. Shoulder is getting better, think it's just the inflamed bursa rather than muscle injury, should be good to go albeit going easy on the supinated grips.

First shot in quad today. Has been totally painless so far for the glutes, so I wonder how I'll wake up tomorrow morning. Legs tomorrow!

The flu like symptoms I've had with high BA have been high temperature severe head aches, but never sore throat or runny nose....

I've got colds or flu symptoms towards the end of a long cycle (18-20+ weeks) & put it down to hormonal shite I don't understand..... (and not upping the doses from week 8-10 as hormones start to play catch-up)....

I've gone 5-7 days and been unable to bend my leg with swelling from high BA but never as long as 3 weeks........ What gear were you using..?

Well, certainly none of that here so far. Noticed it when waking up but seems to be fine, feels a bit bruised but nothing out of the ordinary.

Sure you didn't get the needle in a blood vessel and where on the quad did you inject?

doesnt matter where i inject i have high BA content its always pain day after, but its manable now, 1st month wasnt so much, i still beleave its the crystalizing effect being short ester and not the BA but i love that shit, doing quads and shoulders 3cc, but i do 2 x 1.5 one in each shoulder coz 2cc+ leaks out

Ok had a case of the 'propionate peg leg' the other day; excruciating pain. Could not walk. What was strange was the pain pooling around my knee, as if the solution had fallen down inside my leg so to speak. Both my knee and just above the knee is still inflamed and feels rather tender and bruised. Has anyone had this happen?

I did my last 2 quad pins prior to that without any dramas whatsoever, however for both of those I either had sprinting or a leg workout straight after. I will be sure to keep that up from now on.

I really am trying not to kid myself with any placebo effects but I think things are just starting to kick in now- I am feeling the strength and intense pumps. Weight is up nearly 2kg already, who knows how much is water; however I am not noticing anything visible in terms of water retention. I do believe I am actually seeing more meat on the frame already and a slight loss of fat too. Sex drive has increased I think but nothing really of the through the roof sort yet.

My voice sounds like I am still sick even though I feel fine now. Shoulder has bounced back and strengthening the rotator cuff has done wonders.

Interesting. All in all a bit early yet but I think things are on track...
