train hard

been full on last couple of days but trained back and legs the last few days back was very good and strong struggled abit on legs one of those days

chest tonight

flat bench dumbell press

30kg x 12

40 kg x 12

55 kg x 10 (2 sets)

incline dumbell flys

22 kg x 12

27 kg x 12 (2 sets)

hammer strength press

40 kg per side 12 reps

50 kg per side 10 reps ( 2 sets)

cable flys

4 sets of 15 to 12 reps

very quick workout tonight not much rest done a couple of exercises for bis and tris as well

legs today

squats

60kg x 12

100 kg x 12

140 x 8

180 x 8

180 x 8

180 x 8

200 x 6

goal today was to get 3 sets of 8 at 180 got them pretty comfortable next saturday i will try 3 sets of 8 at 200kg will be alot harder but looking ford to it

3 sets of 20 reps on pin loaded leg press

4 sets of lying leg curls 18 to 12 reps each

Done already trained legs on Wednesday but thought i would chuck in an extra squat session thanks to Soundsgood challenge he has put up tomorrow i will do a deadlift session and will try and get 3 sets of 8 at 200kg aint nothing to it but to do it

got me some pre and post workout supps no shotgun before and i felt jaked post workout was no synthesize and i felt like i was getting stabbed in the face while i was doing my cardio on the treadmill goodtimes :D

nothing like abit of friendly competition to get the blood flowing SG as long as im competitive and not to far behind you il be happy

done some deads today

60 kg x 10

100 kg x 8

140 kg x8

180 kg x8

lat pulldowns supperset with low cable pulleys

4 sets 10 to 12 reps per exercise

30 mins cardio

happy with the deads today first couple of sets of 200 i still had a few reps left in the tank the 3rd set of 8 was a struggle but managed to get them up will up the weight next week
