solid training bro!, what is your current/goal weight and what is cal intake atm?

current weight about 99kg down from my heaviest 107 kg (not pretty) a few months ago

don,t have a goal weight but i know i would look in really good condition in the low 90s which looks big on my frame and structure cals is about 3200 at the moment monday to saturday sunday been a ruthless eat anything and everthing day

mint bro when are we going to see some more pics?

How tall? Cause that quad shot had me thinking you were 105ish there! Weight is irrelevant I guess

172 cm 5 foot 7/8 ? naturally have a light frame so i guess if i gain 5 kilos looks maybe 8 or 9 kg you look bigger then 70 kilos

That's cause I put on the chubb to 78 haha

I get what you mean, can be a huge benefit for someone like you

Sweet chilli sauce in your rice? Maybe 50/50 your proteins?

yeah thats a good idea as long as the sweet chilli don,t have to much suger alittle won,t hurt but might try abit of curry too i used to make these nice kumara and tuna patties i might start getting back into those then i won,t have to eat so much chicken at work

Masterfoods spices section is your best friend. Go and buy a few of the flavours that appeal to you. Moroccan, mixed herbs, chilli chicken, are all good. If you sprinkle some of that on your chicken breasts before baking them it tastes better than KFC, your workmates will be jealous :nod:

trained shoulders yesterday didn,t push anything too heavy had a mild headach all day started with machine shoulder press working up too 100 kg for about 6 or so reps then done some isolation exercises doing lots of reps and just trying to get the feel few sets of barbell shrugs maxing out at 180 for 10

day off today yeah boy! gona train back after lunch gona smash it

lost just under 1 kilo this week weigh myself at the same time every friday will do a few heavy squats ( heavy for me) on the weekend see if i lost any strength feeling good enjoying training at the moment diet been as per plan this week besides a kebeb i had for dinner after legs night

mostly water weight anyway bro il probably platau after a few more kilos lost then i will just try and change my composition so weight will stay the same but drop fat mass and gain muscle mass hard to do but ill give it ago with abit of assistance pics to come

done a couple of cardio sessions and trained arms on the weekend
