Gosh...!!! Someones pissed off Wales lost to the Frenchies... :shock:

I would hardly say 15-20mg/day is a moderate dose, compared to what I have done personally, its miniscule..

I appreciate being cautious when giving advice regarding dosages, as we all can react very differently to the same amounts of a particular compound....

But 15-20mg/day with enough water and a few milk thistle thrown in you'd be pretty unlucky if you experiences significant sides....

Its unfortunate we have to conduct our business in secret without being able to consult medical professionals, who could dispense correct advise based on current research.....

Sadly the research doesn't seem to be out there, and the majority of doctors seem to know less than you could find after a 5 min Google search on the net....

I have to disagree with you there. I've also got lot of personal experience with Dbol, and I've done a lot of research on the stuff. The original producer of Dbol, Ciba, suggests that 10mg/day gives you more of an anabolic effect than your natural androgens. I find that 30mg/day has the potential to give me gyno - I myself get itchy nipples on 30mg/day. 20mg/day is actually a pretty good moderate dosage. Good for short bursts (3-4 weeks) in my opinion. I've run it at upwards of 50mg/day... after about 50mg/day it's same same, just worse sides as you go up.

There might not be a lot of (if any?) recent peer-reviewed research out there about Dbol, but as far as dosages go, it's pretty well established in Bodybuilding knowledge, scattered about the Internet, regarding recommended dosage and the side-effect profile. As far as cycle length for the compound is concerned - I'd consider more than 6 weeks to be abuse. You'd get laughed off of most steroid boards if you tried arguing otherwise.

I think I'd get laughed off most steroid boards if I said I was on 15mg/day....

I'd agree with you upwards of 50mg/day and I've not noticed much of a difference apart from the sides increasing...

I have never experienced gyno with 50mg-100mg

I've had great results with 20mg Dbol, 50mg Oxys/day....over 3 months.

Increase that to 60-80mg Dbol, 100mg Oxys, for anything over 21 days and its a trip to the doctors...

I've known mates take more than that with no complaints...

The only thing you can be sure about is that we're all going to react differently to compounds, I don't know why or what the reason behind this is.....

Thats why you can only try it and see what works best for you... be aware of what symptoms you could encounter and if you do come straight off......
