currently 86kgs. up 5-6kgs over the past 10 days. not much of a pump, seeing as ive had lousy sleep all week, and last night there was none, at all. yeah, im crazy for going in the gym today. i couldnt eat all my meals or drink much water (even at the gym), so im kinda deflated. ill post better ones in the coming days.

Youre cutting for that inter gym bodybuilding comp right? I know what it's like on limited carbs. Hard to get a pump at the gym and you just look flat when you know you should look better lol.

Good striations starting to come through shoulders and traps are looking good man. If I could be critical I would say chest looks like it needs a bit more work to catch up to delts and arms but I realize you've had pec problems so I'm sure it'll come up in time.

Anyway solid improvement since the last pic, keep up the good work!

thanks for the positive comments :) seeing as most of the comments are similar, i will just condense my thoughts into one response.

i decided to not do the in-house show. i jumped into it naively; even though i had a good chance of winning, i wouldnt have come in the condition id like. i guess im so stubborn that only i can change my own mind, and thats exactly what happened. while it was only about personal reward for me, i decided id do a regional show next year and actually plan it in advance.

right now im eating over 5000 cals a day and plan to push it to 6000 when i hit 88-90kgs. this is what ive structured, and there are alot of unaccounted trace macronutrients, especially in the way of fats.

meal 1: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 2: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 3: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 4: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 5: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 6: 100g carb, 60g-70g protein

meal 7: 60g fat, 60 protein

regarding this shot, i shouldnt have been this lean, but rather a bit fuller. ive lost over a kilo on the scales since yesterday. at one point last night i measured my resting heart rate and it was 88. my body was literally eating itself. by 5 in the morning my abs and obliques were ripped. yeah, my metabolism sucks, at least when it comes to putting on weight.

the reason why i took photos now was because of that very reason. i didnt want to "make excuses." i said to myself i would "take photos this week," and because i managed to make the most of a bad day (by having a good workout), i thought "what the hell," then took some.

and yep, as trainhard said, its "fitness plus Manukau." snazzy little setup we have. the only peeve would be the maze of machines situated in the middle of the gym that i have to maneuver to get through :pfft:
