Hi all,

Thought I'd join up as you guys seem to have some interesting discussions going on - plus I seem to be visiting every evening anyway...

I've been frequenting the gym (North Harbour H&F) 4x a week for about 9 months, currently 78kg (aiming for 82k), focused on mass builing mainly. I love it, I'm hooked! :grin:

looking forward to getting to know some of you!
