Giving myself a well deserved week off after gaining 7kgs in 10 weeks bulking

Any ideas into calorific intake for week off? Im 82kgs, and 17% bf due to calipers

Next phase will be more bulking untill Xmas where ill take another 1-2 weeks off :nod:

That all depends on your goals, you're already 17% bodyfat, which is quite high for a Bodybuilder. If I were you I'd do a cut down to 12-14% bodyfat and then do another bulk.

If you really do want to do more bulking I'd suggest you look into doing a lean bulk otherwise you'll find it a hard road coming back down to a bodyfat percentage where you're going to see much definition.

I won't suggest any calorific values for you at this stage because I think you need to have a good think about your goals.
