I'm a newbie to the sport of weightlifting so yes, am in the lifting camp. One of my goals this year was to qualify for Nationals so pleased i did that last weekend.

Training seems to be just pulls, presses and squats with heaps of variations.

I'm with the Powerhouse boys down in Wellington so mixing with some Darksiders as well.
