Back in the 90’s while I was living in Oz I went to a Lee Priest seminar which I really enjoyed coz he speaks so candidly and has a no BS kind of attitude anyway he talked openly about his drug use, dosages etc. What surprised me the most was how low the dosages were and he reckoned a lot of the amateurs used more than him…probably right.

The problems with saying what you use are IMO twofold. Firstly the legal ramifications which will equal loss of sponsorship, possibly court issues etc etc etc the second issue is no bugger believes what you tell them. Everyone wants to believe there is some magical protocol pros follow.. ummm there isn't. If it was just down to drugs and how much and for how long then we'd all be monsters... Lee Priest says what he does and everyone thinks he's lying because it's less than they take...

I think people go to seminars to hear about training and nutrition, only the very naive go expecting any drug info. I mean seriously.... who the hell is going to talk about drugs in a sanctioned NZFBB seminar. Might as well just shoot themselves in the foot.
