I got 16.2 calves, 17.6 upperarms, 14.4 forearms, 34.5 waist and 49.2 chest

measure meants to the general gym goer and even everyone on this site really dont mean much to me... a 15 inch arm can look far more impressive than an 18 inch arm based on any number of factors... bodyfat %, length/height of the muscle/person, the fullness of the muscle... some people have really full good muscles which always look so full like they have been blown up with air, other people have the same sized arm but looks long and flat.

the only time iv ever measured my arms is when someone has pulled out a tape measure and wanted to measure them... the measurements werent very impressive, and i didnt expect them to be. getting hung up on meaurements is exactly the same as getting hung up on bodyweight, its doesnt mean anything.

no you're right Monarch and the old school guys like Steve Reeves and guys in his time used that as a standard for development. Was an old greek ideal for aesthetic balance when making statues of gods.

The greek gods are exactly what i'm refering to, there is a lot of literature also on the 18 inch arm by the greek scholars as a mark of physical achievement.

The measurements supposedly represent the 'ideal' physique.

Things are different now, but i've seen a 14.5 forearm and 15.6 upper arm and it looks very horrible.

Need to increase calf size by 1" for next year they should be close to the same but I think 20" calves wud look silly
