Since bitch builder hasn't done it I will be updating todays journal:

smashed arms again for like the 10th time this week! did 1000reps of bicep!. Was pumped as fuarck! Come at me 20's! not sure what I am training tomorrow but I hope its arms again!

Was hoping to step up my tough guy image! think the boucing and jewelery have plateaued so I was thinking about getting a barbed wire tattoo around my arms! thoughts guys?

Lol, Thanks Terry for keeping everyone updated with my progress.

Just so you all know, I strongly agree with everything Terry has written, it's word for word what I would have updated.

Anyway been going well, going hard at the high volume, had Chest Monday. Lats and Bis on Tuesday, Posterior Chain yesterday and doing Delts today, hit Pressing and Front Delts this morning.

Sore as anything from the different approach, the increase in volume is making my appetite go through the roof, at least I assume that's what it is.

Back having Mass Gainer after training session so an extra 600-1200cal a day depending on if it's a single or double session day.

Gainsbrah has landed..

Even though updates aren't as consistent, training is still going along nicely. Hitting 10x10 basically every workout except on Posterior Chain day where we start with 5x5 instead. Epic volume is killing me, sore for days afterwards but I love it, getting easier as the body conditions to the workload, going to be some big numbers in a couple weeks.

Training schedule is still the same with the exception of Chest Mondays now making an appearance in the mix. May be swapping it back to Sundays though as we want to hit Triceps with a bit more work.

Have had big weekends the last three weekends so time to knuckle down and put in the hard yards for a bit and let the body catch up.

Haven't weighed in recently but feeling bigger and stronger so can't complain, food intake has been high along with Mass Gainer so will check it out when I remember.

Oh and just for you Terry, hit Biceps tonight, pump was insane, hitting them heavy curls brahz ! You know we all want to see some 20's :pfft:

So looks like these are turning into weekly updates.. Will try and be more consistent so can log all my work on here. Still keeping a physical notebook every workout, have been doing this since school so have like 10ish of these all filled up at home :pfft:

10x10 are doing wonders, feeling real good, swear there is some vascularity coming through to so watch this space :lol:

Getting epic pumps with the amount of food I'm eating, building an big strong base before moving back into 5/3/1 for comp. Probly have this week and next week left of 10x10 and then will deload and start back up on my version of 5/3/1, 8/5/3 :wink:

Just trained Lats this morning, training timetable has gone back to normal, Chest on Sundays again ! Training Calves 3x/week on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, swear they must be growing and am doing two Trap exercises on Thursdays, Upright Rows in the morning and Barbell Shrugs at night so guna make these suckers grow too !

So bit of a change of plans but it's still all going well !

Have decided to have this week as my last week of high volume stuff, body is starting to get drained and am getting a sniffly nose which for me is my sign of being run down (has just always been a good indicator for me). So am deloading this next week, will get back into the usual big three movements light to prime the body for the restart of 8/5/3, don't want to be rusty for the start of the cycle.

Looking at 19 weeks out from Raw Nationals so gives me plenty of time to get in this deload plus 4 cycles of 8/5/3 plus a couple weeks before comp so will just go by the numbers for the first 3 cycles then may play with it a little coming up to comp time so I make the most of my time and peak properly.

Will check the bodyweight at the end of next week, feeling heavier and bigger all the time though so must be doing something right !!

10x10 has been fun, nice change but can't wait to get back into the heavier stuff !

So another update !

Deload was epic last week, felt awesome, still do really !! Weighed in at 112kg with f*ck all food and just pants on, so happy with this, bodyweight is hanging around the same but am getting stronger and bigger so can't complain !!

Belt is a notch tighter on Squats etc, arms are looking bigger, couple cheeky veins popping up on biceps, delts, traps, upper chest when training, come at me Eastside Aesthetics Crew !!

Trained Tris and Calves yesterday, dat pump day, smashed it, felt good, in and out real quick, just how we like it :pfft:

Lats this morning, back on the Pull Up bandwagon, hitting 5x5 then two bodyweight sets, got 15 reps then 10 reps on the two bodyweight sets so the strength is still there ! Epic volume this morning, guna feel it tomorrow, hitting Biceps in about half an hour, can't wait !! :lol:

Biceps Tuesday night, everyone knows I love this shit !! Mean pump and yea all that bullshit, felt raped once I got home, straightening out my arm was a mission !!

Posterior Chain yesterday, first day back on the 5/3/1 bandwagon, 215 was week one on Deads, easy as fuark !! Did some volume on Good Mornings, Reverse Hypers, Pull Throughs, Back Extensions and Calves. Must say I think the calf work is slowly doing it's thing, getting a little bit of something something down there :pfft:

Delts and Traps this morning, doing a cycle of Standing Military Press, felt good, hit some Machine Press, Front Raises and Upright Rows to finish it up, felt pumped as, think the Traps are finally starting to get somewhere too :pray:

Side, Rear and Traps tonight, guna be a quick paced pump workout really, get it all done in about an hour, same as this morning !

Rest of Delts and Traps went well on Thursday, destroyed them ! mean pump though so can't complain and starting back with week one so no amazing weights had to be shifted anyway :pfft:

Arms on Friday... I can't even begin to describe this, my arm literally felt like it was going to explode, such a simple session but big results ! Did superset of Bike Racks and Rope Pressdowns, 50 reps each for 1000 reps. Then Close Grip Preachers and Standing EZ Bar Curls for 20 reps each for 400 reps. I swear I almost ripped my work shirt getting into it and these things are usually loose as :lol:

Legs yesterday was mean. I still have to question why I look forward to it every week and then end up hating myself half way through the session ! Started back at 8/5/3 for Squats, easy as 182.5 for 8 for week one so looking strong as ever. Some big volume afterwards on High Bar, Pause and Hack Squats, GHRs, Leg Extensions and Curls and then some Calves to finish off. I swear I got the stitch after Hack Squats, reminded me of doing Cross Country at Primary School :pfft:

Chest today, felt mint ! Easy week one of 122.5 for 8, soooo comfortable :nod:

Did some Flat DB, Incline DB Flys and Pec Dec to finish up some volume for Chest, big stretch and squeeze !

Hit some heavier Triceps afterwards, Narrow Grip and Incline French Press, got 10 sets in there. Feelsgoodman.jpg

Pump day today, felt mint ! Hurts like hell though :lol:

Started off with Triceps, 1,000 reps, 10 sets of 50/50 on Bike Racks and Pressdowns with the straightish bar.

Then Calves, 250 reps, 5 sets of 50 on Hack Calf Raises with 1pps, my god I can't walk ! Almost cramped up driving home changing gears..

Finished it up with Traps, 200 reps, 5 sets of 40, Smith Shrugs, big stretch and big squeeze, only needed 1pps for this too, felt epic !

Started out with 5x5 on Weighted Pull Ups, hit +10kg this week, quite easy still, will try +15kg next week, that's where the fun will begin !! Then two bodyweight sets, hit 15 reps and 12 reps, so endurance is building up too even at the heavier bodyweight.

Close Grip Pulldowns for 10x10 made up about half of my volume for today, pump was redonkulous from this, had to stretch it out so much !! Hit Machine Rows and Straight Arm Pulldowns to finish it up, feels epic brahs !

Swear my back has to be growing, if it was possible I'm sure I can feel it in between sets :pfft:

Missed a few days.. But at least it's weekly anymore like it used to be :lol:

Hit Biceps on Tuesday night, pretty mint workout, nothing groundbreaking, just got a pump, curled some shit, went home, ate and grew :wink:

Posterior Chain on Wednesday, week two of 8/5/3, hit 500lbs for an easy 5, swear I could have got 10+ but just chilling leaves me more for the rest of the work out and fresher for Legs on Saturday ! Did a fair amount of volume on this day, hit about 25+ sets all up for Lower Back, Glutes and Hams. Then finished up with some Calf Raises, getting dem gains !

Delts and Traps yesterday split into two workouts as per usual. Doing a cycle of Standing Military Press, 10x10, did 70kg this week, easy as, will hit 80kg next week. Machine Press, DB Front Raise and Upright Row finished off the morning session. Hit some Seated Side Raises followed by some Strict Side Raises, Chest Support Rear Raise and Barbell Shrugs to finish up the volume for Shoulders, ends up being about 45 sets over the day.. :lol:

Arms day Friday babbbbbbbiiiiieeeeeee !! :nod:

1,400 reps on these bad boys ! 10 sets of 100 on Pressdowns for Triceps, I swear it is a pain like no other, give it a crack next time you wanna train Triceps, it's basic as fuark but dam.. Separates the men from the boys :pfft:

400 reps on a Bicep superset, Close Preachers and Ez bar Curls, supersetted for 10 sets, 20 reps on each.

I'm sure these aren't my arms, farrrrr too swole :grin:

Big work out weekend !!

Legs yesterday, felt off as f*ck !! No idea why, just got lazy under the bar and had no tightness what so ever.. hit 195 for 5 still, didn't feel too hard was just slow as, so wasn't off to a happy start !! Did some Pause Squats, High Bar Squats, Hack Squats, GHRs, Leg Ext./Leg Curls and finished with some Calf Raises. Easily upwards of 500 reps in this Leg session, with quite a few of them being heavy reps ! Felt gassed after this, and Legs are so dead today, will see how next week goes :?

Chest and Triceps just took a hammering ! Felt pretty good today so not sure what was up yesterday. Hit 130 for easy 5 on Bench, Flat DBs afterwards finished up the pressing for Chest. Incline DB Flys and Pec Dec got the Chest fried, pumped as fuuuaaaarrrrkkk ! But tell us how ? :lol: Anyway back on the Bench after this for some Narrow Grip, feels good to be repping some decent weight on this still. Then finished up with Incline French Press, and that's all she wrote. Mean pump, felt good, nice session :nod:

Why did I ever come up with this extras workout on Mondays... Hurts like hell !!

Hit 1,550 reps today :oops:

Bike Racks were the food of choice today for Triceps, 10 sets of 100 again, good lawd this hurt ! Pump was insane, starts hurting after set one and just gets more painful earlier every set you do, managed to get through it in the end.

Hack Calf Raises, 300 reps, 6 sets of 50, omfg... Calves are my worst enemy.. Epic pump but god dam it hurt !! Cramped up on the drive home again, not going to be walking straight tomorrow..

Finished up on Smith Shrugs, 5 sets of 50, 250 reps. Traps are definitely getting there, growing more and more, gotta build that yoke !! My neck is getting to thick for work shirts though so size up come at me :pfft:

Typical Tuesday work outs today ! Lats in the am and just back from training Biceps.

Hit 5x5 on Pull Ups this morning with 15kg attached then 2x15 with bodyweight afterwards, so happy with how these went this cycle, definitely the strongest I have been on them !

Big volume followed on Close Grip Pulldowns, Machine Rows and Straight Arm Pulldowns. Pumped to say the least ! Only two of us training together so rest time was minimal but still made sure the weights went up, thrashed afterwards !

Biceps tonight was a bit more chilled, Fat Bar Curls, Close Preachers and Hanging Concentration Curls were the exercises for today, spent the afternoon sorting out some stuff at the new gym so arms were already kinda tired from carrying shit, pumped up straight away warming up, no complaints here though :lol:

Dunno what training will do over the next couple days, got a big push to get all the gear shifted to the new gym so might be quite minimal training, will see how it all goes though, keep you posted :nod:

So shifted basically a whole gym today ! never realize how much stuff there actually is until you have to load it and unload it and carry it etc :pfft:

Shifted it all into the new building and once we were done I still felt okay so was like you know what, let's do some Deadlifts ! Wasn't guna miss my heavy week for being too soft !

Hit 240 for an easy triple, felt surprisingly good tbh.

boys had to go so no accessory work just the Deads and that was it, got it in there though !

Delts tomorrow as per usual really, just training at the new place rather than old. Boulders come at me ! :lol:
