Mint session today !! Hammers and Lower Back got an epic work out. Dead first, hit 240 for 6 easy, felt good and quick on every rep, can't wait to see what I can pull after a proper deload . Good Mornings, GHRs, Pull Throughs and Seated Good Mornings finished up the volume, hit it hard and fast.

Delts in the morning, going to be a good day !

Bit of Delt action this morning. Seated Front Press, 10x10, 80kg easy as. Will hit 90kg next week, possibly try a couple sets of 100kg just to feel like a boss ! Db Press next, 5x10 at 35kg was easy too. Will hit the 40s next week, gotta get them boulders !! Couple variations of Front Raises finished off this morning. Will smash some Side, Rear and Traps tonight, guna be looking swole as fuuuaaarrrkkk !

Side and Rear Debts last night, didn't get a chance for any direct Trap work but they are still feeling it today cos I worked on recruiting them a bit more doing Face Pulls etc. Felt good though.

Arms this evening, hit 15 sets each for Bis and Tris. Good session, basically just a pump up session. Two big ones over the weekend is guna be where the magic happens. Will keep you posted !!

Good weekend of training.

Squats on Saturday, technique change is feeling very comfortable now. Weight feels like nothing on my back, confidence sky high for the coming heavy week and ready for comp time ! Had to make it quick because had work early at the Umaf MMA Fight Night which was mean by the way haha. Anyway, Squats hit 195 for easy 6, did some Pause Squats to keep working on the speed. Hack Squats and Romanian Deads made for a mint session and wow my legs are stuffed !!

Bench on Sunday, hit it hard ! 137.5 for an easy 6 on Flat Bench, felt good, made sure to have my form ready for comp, used a normal grip and worked on keeping my head down. Will be ready for some big numbers ! Hit Decline next, 120kg for 10x10, dat pump !! Some Incline Db Fly and then Cable Crossover has my Chest destroyed today !! Heavy week this week, guna be fun, let's hit it hard !!

First two days of training this week have been epic !

Triceps yesterday had an insane pump going on, lots of reps as always. Think ended up with 875 reps, can feel the big bench and big arms on their way.

Lats this morning, has to be my favourite bodypart to train, can't get enough of the feeling that getting a big pumped up back feels like. The intensity is always high too, definitely the funniest day of the week ! 25 sets done within an hour, come at me bodybuilders haha. Hit Biceps tonight, 80kg curls.. Lolwut.. Umirin ? But srs fucked shit up guna get demand big arms no matter what !! Still hit big volume, lots of isolation, pump and stretch, great session.

Mean training last night, feeling good. Hit 255 for an easy triple, all fast and felt easy enough on the body, decent numbers coming at comp ! Good Mornings, GHRs, Pull Through and Seated Good Mornings left me trashed. Good pump though which was nice, even with my Last crying the whole session haha.

Front Delts this morning, Tiny Ape had a bit of a sleep in so no spotted or lift outs. Hit 10 sets of 20 on Front Press, didn't feel confident going heavy without a spotter so kept it reps today, although Dos hit 40s for a couple sets of 10 then some higher rep sets with 35s and 30s, big Delts means a big Bench ! Hit more accessory stuff tonight, time to get massive !!

Anyway just been training Side and Rear Delts, smashed it, usual shit, Side Raises, Rear Raises, Face Pulls etc. Feeling good, just looking foward to the big lifts over the weekend atm haha.

First up is The Vibrator, he just keeps going and going.. Hitting 225 for 6, nearly 7

Then yours truly, easy triple at 255, looking foward to what this brings at comp.

Tiny Ape up next, hitting 285kg (40kg chain) Box Squat, or Box Good Morning should I say :lol: Either way it came up so good times !!

Coach aka Dr Squat to finish it off, hitting an easy 335kg (40kg chain) Box Squat, looking at 385kg next week, feel bad for those of you who don't get to see it :pfft:

Arms yesterday, good times. Big pump, supersetted Tris and Bis as usual, first off hit two Barbell movements, so Close Grip Bench and Ez Bar Curls, 20 reps of each for 5 sets, good starting point. Next up, Db French Press plus Db Curls, another 20 reps on each for 5 sets, pump started to get painful after this !! Finished up with some cable exercises, 3 sets of 20 reps on each of Rope Pressdowns and Lying Cable Curls, finished and called it a day after this, good session, big volume !!

Legs today, another mean session, training going great leading into comp. Hit 205 for an easy as triple, coulda gone for quite a few more for sure. Pause Squads to keep technique in check then the Bodybuilding started. 5 sets of 20 on Hack Squats , 5 sets of 12 on Romanian Deads made up the rest of the compound movements. Leg Extensions and Leg Curls supersetted made for an epic pump. Then finished up with some Calf Raises on the Hack Squat machine. Legs are jelly atm, work guna be fun tonight. Really happy with how it's all going though, must be growing from it all too !!

Chest session today, smashed it again. Hit 145 for a triple on bench, all with a full grip and keeping my head down so this is an achievement in itself ! Felt easy, got a bit out of the line on the third rep but managed to pull it back and lock it out. After this hit 130kg for 10 sets of 10 on Decline, got pretty hard but finished it well. Some Db Fly and then Cables finished up my session, big old pump and on, felt mean haha. Deload this coming week, looking.g forward to it a lot !!

Mean Tricep pump today, felt fucking awesome !! Hit 600 reps all up, Narrow Grip with the Fat Bar to start it off, then some Rope Pressdowns and Bike Racks on the cables, big stretch and squeeze. Finished up with some One Arm Db Extensions, absolutely fried, gotta keep these Tris and elbows ready to lock out some big weights in 4 weeks time, guna smash it !!

Lats and Bis with the boys this evening, felt mean, loving the deload. Just worked on getting a good feel and pump today, everything was light as. Started up with Wide Neutral Pulldowns supersetted with Straight Arm Rope Pulldowns, 15-20 reps on each one, 5 sets. Next hit some high rep DB Rows, easy 3 sets of 25, will probly hit these heavier over the next couple weeks. Close Grip Seated Row next up, think hit sets of 15, about 4-5, wasn't really counting just going by how it felt. Finished up Lats with some Behind The Neck Pulldowns, high reps again, think 20s on this for 5 sets, big stretch and Lats were done. Hit few casual sets of Bis, just got a bar and started curling, chucked some 5s on there for a few sets and that was it.

Real light Posterior Chain session tonight, felt pretty good and quick.

Speed Deads firct up, just 6 sets of triples with 120kg, nice and easy all done in like 10 mins haha. Light Good Mornings, Leg Curls, Pull Throughs and Back Extensions made up the rest of the session, just getting some blood in there, nothing too stressful at all, gotta come in fresh for the next couple weeks of training, probly guna have a big revamp of how the sessions are structured leading into comp but will post that up as it happens :pfft:

Missed logging Thursday's session cos we had to shift out of our flat for EQC repairs.. Fucking lame but that's life, had a good session anyway, Deload Delts, feeling swole as fuuuuaaaarrrkkkk !!

Skipped Arms Friday cos it's Deload, plus we did epic road trip, Queenstown in the morning, couple of the boys did the Nevis Bungy, 134m of good times, planned on staying there but couldn't find any accommodation so hussed it back at like 5pm, made it back and hit a couple bars up here, 22 hour day, full on, good times with the boys haha.

Legs yesterday, Deload as still, 140x5 then some High Bar, Romanians, Extensions, Curls and Calves, done and dusted. Bit of blood in there but feeling good for next weeks Squats, time to f*ck shit up !!

General Upper Body pressing session today, helping a friend who is down from Auckland so just trained with her. Started off with Bench, 100x5, feels like nothing, seems strange to just be able to play around with 2 plates these days haha. Incline, Seated Front Press, Cable Upright Rows and some Triceps and we were done. Good session, feels good, time to hit it hard for the next couple weeks and see what happens !

Straight into it hard ! Big Triceps session this morning, hit 850 reps all up. Started off with Close Grip, 10 sets, then jumped on the Rope. Pressdowns and Bike Racks got dat feel going, pump is strong in this one.. Finished up with 300 reps on One Arm Pressdowns, getting the stretch and squeeze going, feels goodman.jpg. Triceps are going to be a big part of training over the next couple weeks, think I will be hitting them twice a week but lots of volume.

Am taking training down to just 6 sessions a week for the next two weeks of comp prep, guna be fun times !

Smashed Lats and Bis this morning, still definitely my favourite session ! Hit some high volume for Lats, started off with 10x10 on Wide Neutral Pulldowns, pumped up like a boss. Some high rep DB Rows next up, big stretch. Close Grip Cable Rows finished up the compound movements, felt mint. Hit some Straight Arm Pulldowns with the Rope to get a final stretch and pump in the Lats. Hit 10 sets of Barbell Curls for Biceps and that was that, feeling good, nutrition is on point, come at me gains !!

Was pumped for tonight's session, ready to hit that shit hard !!

Deads were easy as fuuuuaaaarrrkkkk ! Didn't expect them to come up like they did, was expecting them to be harder but dam son, could have hit 10 or close to it ! Did 5, all quick as, feel good for comp ! Kept it chilled with accessory work, some Romanians, Pull Throughs, Seated Good Mornings and Speed Deads with 140kg left me feeling pretty happy with where I'm at right now.

As a wee treat, managed to get a vid for all the fans out there.. I know you're there somewhere.. :pfft:
