On the juice bro, cycling apple, orange and managed to source some of the rare tropical mango flavoured raro to amplify my gains ten fold.

So hit up some light Triceps and Abs on Monday morning, easy session just got a pump and did some DB Ab work.

Yesterday we hit some Upper Back in the morning, did 3 sets of 8 on Pull Ups with BW+10kg, happy with how these are coming along going to go for sets of 10 next week and then +20kg come at me  Got a mad pump yesterday just sticking to machines, our Hammer Strength Row is back up and running and feels awesome !!

Also hit some Biceps last night, but before we got into it we decided to have a measure off, Coach and me both hit 18.5 inch arms but then Surya came and stole the show, 20 Inch arms... Biggest fucking Indian I've ever seen !! 50 Inch chest on the beast too..

Was definitely mirin, gotta catch up !!

Posterior Chain tonight, Week One of Cycle Two of 5/3/1, back to lighter Deads, not too sure what numbers I'm hitting but I'll figure that out later, either way I'm guna smash it !!

Wednesday P.m.

Posterior Chain

Deadlift: 205x10

Romanian Deadlifts: 5 sets of 10 - 70kg

GHR: 5 sets of 10 - BW

Standing Single Leg Curls: 3 sets of 20 - 18kg

45 Degree Back Extensions: 5 sets of 20 - BW

GHR Sit Ups: 5 sets of 15 - BW

Felt kinda tired since I hadn't got up at the usual time and eaten etc, but still a good session, easy 10 on Deadlifts, feeling good to be back on these !! Kept everything else rather light, good pump, smashed it !!

Thursday A.m.

Front Delts

DB Shoulder Press: 35x6, 30x8, 27.5x10

Behind The Neck Smith Press: 5 sets of 10 - 60kg

Machine Press: 42x15, 54x15, 54x15, 60x15, 60x15

Bradford Press: 5 sets of 10 - 50kg

Swapped to DBs this week, feelsgoodman.jpg, stayed light this week, was pleasantly surprised, 40kg is the heaviest I have ever gone on this before so getting the 35s for easy as 6 was good, sticking to it for a few weeks, work up to 50s hopefully, come at me boulders  Stuck to the same weight on BTN Smith but managed to get the form right, depth was good, definitely harder but will be good in the long run !!

Will do some Side and Rear Delts tonight, get some nice volume in there !!

So haven't been posting in here for a couple days, nothing too special as it's still week one of the second cycle.

Thursday night smashed Side Delts and Rear, feels good, Delts are definitely growing, even new stretch marks

Friday was Arms, Tris in the morning and Bis at night, nothing too exciting, keeping it lighter, although decided to give Curls a run for their money, managed 70 for 6 with clean enough form haha.

Yesterday was Quads and did 5/3/1 Squats, didn't have much time so rushed through the accessory stuff but hit my top set of 160x10 easy as, this cycle it's peaking out at 180 so getting that for 8-10 would be awesome !!

Today was Chest and Triceps, 5/3/1 on Flat , hit 117.5 for 10 easy as, few sets of 10 on Incline, Flat DBs and some Crossovers. Then went to Narrow Grip Bench, 130x6, happily surprised by this, great starting point for this cycle, will try to hit 140+x5-6 on this in a couple weeks, come at me 180kg bench !!

Yesterday we hit some light Triceps, all cables basically, Pressdowns with the Straight Bar then Seated Overhead Ext then Single Arm Pushdowns superset doing three different grips. Good pump, then onto Abs, Roman Chairs and Side Bends, core is starting to feel good !!

Rest last night was awesome, just eating and sleeping, come at me gains !!

This morning was a mint session

Lats

Wide Neutral Pull Ups: 3 sets of 10 - BW+10kg

Wide Neutral Pulldowns: 5 sets of 10 - 230

Straight Arm Pulldowns: 5 sets of 20 - 48kg

Close Neutral Pulldowns: 5 sets of 12 - 78kg

Machine Row: 2 sets of 10 - 2pps

3 sets of 10 - 3pps

Behind The Neck Pulldowns: 3 sets of 10 - 200

Pull Ups are definitely getting stronger, chuck some more weight on next week, doesn't help to keep on gaining weight but f*ck it, #Thickasfuckforsummer !! Lats are definitely a strong point for me I think, Pull Ups are one of my best exercises, favourite exercise for Lats though has to be Straight Arm Pulldowns, they are rediculous, huge pump, massive stretch, I think they're even pretty good for newer people once they have built some muscle to help build a MMC with the Lats as this is fucking difficult for most people.

Wide waist but bigger back still equals V-taper so Aesthetics come at me

Might have to start up an NZA Athlete Page, BulkBrah

Soo haven't updated much this past week, been busy with work, training and eating :pfft:

To sum things up, hit my 3+ Week on 5/3/1, PBs all weeks basically so this week with my 1+ Week will be awesome !!

Hit 215x8 on Deads, kept few reps in the tank, build confidence for this coming week where I take on 500lbs !! 8-10reps with this would be epic, big lifts coming !!

Saturday hit 170x10 on Squats easy !! My buckle on my belt snapped and popped off when Surya went to use it so we ended up using Big Bertha (Craig's belt), feels good brah !! 180 this week so 8-10 again would be boss, definitely getting stronger.

Sunday we did Bench and Narrow Grip, 5/3/1 on Bench went well, easy 10 at 125, has come up in leaps and bounds !! Even hit 110 for 5 sets of 10 afterwards. After we finished Chest we did Narrow Grip for Triceps, was gassed by this point but thought might as well give it a go, 140 for a good triple, so another PB there even though it isn't a main movement.

With all this strength that is coming with the hard training size is definitely following, sitting around 112-113 atm, feeling bigger. Legs, Shoulders, Chest and Back all filling out, Powerbuilding at it's finest :pfft:

If executed properly, the bar should be travelling a few centimeters away from your shins and should make first contact with your body just after your knee caps, not before. The point is to pull it straight up, and keep it as close to your shins as possible, but not actually touch them, all the while not letting the bar go forwards away from your body - the further the bar is away from your body the more risk of injury you take.

I can't believe that this little gem slipped through...

Well apparently it feels like cumming so thought I better see what all the fuss was about (Pumping Iron for those of you that have been living under a rock.. :pfft: ). Loving the Klokov Press at the end, rapes the Delts and great finisher, couldn't imagine starting with it, rest of the session would be hell !!

i heard the big torso small legged indian say you boys were doing 45s for 5 sets of 10. I was so excited i nearly skipped work to witness. now i see your journal

He was going to, but he slept in.. I'm more of a fan of doing a top set and then back off to some volume atm while I still need to get a whole lot stronger on it.. His shoulders are the size of my head (which is rather large for those of you who don't know) so he prefers some more volume so that he doesn't have to try and flick the 50s-60s up for a top set haha.

He loves that he beats me at Shoulder Press, makes him feel all warm and fuzzy inside..
