whats up with the most muscular? looks like your handcuffed and being put in the back of the paddy wagon

that being said, why choose that particular most muscular out of all of them?

..........................................

are your arms really 12 inches?

I dunno, just thought i would try it.

I measured my arms in may and it was 11and a half inches. So I'm guessing they're 12 now. Why is that?

pretty decent posing for a non-bodybuilder and not being that big in my opinion.

good work mate, lat spread looks good, elbows can always go forward more but yours look a bit forward already so all good. Try placing hands a bit higher on hiops and see if that looks wider. The lower your hands are the longer you make the lat spread which is good, sometimes wider is better though depending on how they have developed. From your back lat spread they appear to go quite low on your back (awesome!) so I think you can go for the wide look instead...raise your hands up your hip a fraction. Can't hurt to try.

You don't have large shoulders yet so think about pushing them down once you've got the lat spread happening, they are pulled up a bit and you lose a bit of width from doing that imo.

When you do lat spread you also have to flex Legs....this is hard to describe but rather than just squeezing the Legs tight like you are trying to stand up straight just flex the knees outward and try and flex your inner quads. The inner quad should appear and your outer quads should pop out from the knee flex. Sorry difficult to describe in words mate, ignore if you look worse from trying that LOL.

Good double bicep pose for what you have, you seem to have elbows forward as your Lats have remained out a bit that's also good. You're about 11% bf and with some decent lighting you have a good set of abs appearing. Again, flex Legs by pushing out your knees same as for Lat spread. You can do 1 of 3 things with abs in the double bicep pose. A vacuum (easy for younger guys), a crunch, or a stretch. If you have a short upper body try the stretch, if you have a long upper body try the crunch.

Good on you for giving it a go mate
