MUSCLE ARMOR's Pics

I've been contributing a little more than I anticipated on this informative forum so I thought I should add a pic of myself. This was taken back stage at the last comp NABBA content I was in 2004.

Dieted down from 82kg to 74kgs in this picture. Pretty light for a 5'10" guy? Im closer to 90kg at 12% bodyfat now and keep wondering how much bigger my physique will look...

Nice all round! If I had to find something to criticise, you could possibly have done with a little more size on the tris and maybe delts, IMO - but that's based on one photo, so take that with a grain of salt.

What class did you compete in? Any plans to compete again soon?

Thanks for the comments guys. My weakest point in my opinion is my legs. Here's a shot featuring my tris. My waist is very narrow which significantly reduces my ability to squat heavy which really p*sses me off. I can close grip bench 100kg, and bench 100kg, but only squat 100kg for 3-4 deep to the deck squats.

Was measured at approx 4.5% body fat for these photos. I've always been a NABBA athletic medium height competitor due to my more athletic shape and smaller quads.

looking good there mate.

you did the hard work coming down lean, shows a true athelete when you work hard to get like that.

yeah only weak point would you hamies. that would make your legs look much bigger, i had the same prolem for years untill i trained hamies by themselves.split days. but good work.

what show was this and where did you get? :)

Shots are from an Auckland NABBA show held in Takapuna mid 2003. I was competing originally as medium height open athletic but there was only 2 of us in the open category, let alone in medium height class.

Managed second but in one of those not-so-impressive cases where there was only 2 of us. I got put in the tall category against someone 10kg bigger than me and leaner too so I didnt stand a chance. Not a very satisfying second place when there are not many competitors.

Still, I was happy with my condition, and never lost any muscle mass when dieting on a 6 week diet plan. Nice n short

Heres a pic with me on the left and the bloke who beat me on the right during the symetry round.
