This one impressed even me! Was 106cm waist in mid jan, 86cm today (slightly more in this pxt from last week).

Got any back pics from the comp? Surely with all the strongman training and now leaning right down, must have some impressive thickness and detail hiding back there?

Same advice I gave Kristian who also likes this pose, if you don't have big legs or hammies don't pose with bent knees. It makes the gap between your legs even more noticeable.

Who are you alluding too bro? There will be several contenders in class 2 at the Nats who could all take the title on the day. Darren F, Shane E?, Richie P, possibly Garth VDM and who knows maybe even Mark Reid! It sure will be an epic lineup :nod:

Is Shane going to compete - would be awesome to see him & those legs!!!

Richie be good to see again, haven't heard if he's on stage or not, but never takes him long to get prepped!

Garth will be competing 1-week prior at NZIFBB Nats, assuming he wins overalls I cant see him competing in another federation when applying for a Pro Card!! Would be about as politically sensible as anything the Green Party have ever said or done! :pfft: :grin:
