"This was already under the Nelson comp so I have merged it with your topic Di :) "

Heres a friend of mine who competed in this show winning her class. If you need some motivation to change yourself this should do it. Shes gone from over 120kg down to 64 in under two years, pretty amazing effort.

With two years of hard work & determination I made it to my goal of competing in a body building competition!

Starting weight 125kgs 01 August 2009

Competition weight 64kgs 10 September 2011

I competed in my first competition on 10th Sep 2011 at the Nelson Top of the South Show & had a fun time.

With the FANTASTIC support and guidance from my trainer Shane Elsey, who really knows his stuff about EVERYTHING! Also I have to give a HUGE thanks to the AWESOME team at Fitness Canterbury in Christchurch who also helped me achieve my goals.

So if you hear someone who says they can't do it, show them these photos and tell them they can!
