6 kg in 6 months with no/very little fat gain? That's pretty damn fast progress for someone who isn't a complete newbie but I dunno. Maybe that is achievable for some people naturally. Either way your a big c*nt :lol:

bear in mind that i only started training legs, shoulders and back properly around midway through last year. im sure a lot of people on here would still say my current routine is shit too

i used to deliberatly keep my weight down as well for running purposes, train fucking hard, but stupid as; not eating enough, not enough excercises, overtraining, too much running, no rest days etc. could run 7km in 24min @ 87kg but at what cost?

im still not keen on taking rest days...

100kg now. going to cut for a week or so to lower bodyfat a bit. but then what?

not sure whether to try get to 105kg or not. guess ill look better after i cut seriously if i do hit 105 but i dont even really like being as heavy as i am now. thoughts?

was 90kg in first pic from a year ago, 100 currently (and in last pic).

been doing legs but my knee is fucked as now. gonna have a break for a bit.

i really need to get some straps to hit traps properly, my grip always fails first
