deegee
I dont think they will do you any harm at all, a good source of dietry fibre, not as good as my oats I have in the morning ! but there are a lot far worse breakfast cereals out there. Musculo
I know a lot of people who eat weetbix instead of oats with their protein powder for breakfast.

Musculo
Chocolate protein powder, rolled oats and weight watchers (or light variety) fruit of the forrest yoghurt is my favourite. 30 mins in the fridge kind of sets it, tastes too nice to be good for you

MasterTel
I guess like all key aspects of a balanced diet, its important to have everything in moderation, including Weetbix! My regular breakfast is a pancake made up of 8 egg whites, 2 egg yolks, 6-8 tablespoons of rolled oats, a handful of natural muesli, one crushed Hi-Bran Weetbix and a sliced banana. Cook on high in a frypan (with some olive oil spray) on one side until firm enough on top to flip (so as not to cover the walls, ceiling and floors with an eggy mess when flipping it) then finish cooking on the other side. Obviously the proportions and quantities of oats, Weetbix and muesli can vary depending on your metabolism and whether you are in mass building or fat burning mode. MasterTel
Yes, you do mix it all together before putting in in the pan. Because of the 8 egg whites it is quite fluid, so it pours into the pan easily - the trick is the timing and technique with the flip. I also make sure the pan is really hot before putting the mix in. The quantities I listed make a pancake approx 8-10 inches in diameter and 1/2 to 1 inch thick. I guess you could microwave it instead of using a frypan, but I've never tried and that probably would end up being a big "clumped up mess"!
