1st pic of myself before I start a 4 month bodybuilding routine.

Been playing hockey for the year and have a break now -

Trying to get ripped (sub 10% bodyfat) and stronger.

Posting on here might motivate me more (and theres a $100 voucher to be won! :P )

Eating 2100 cals a day Mon - thurs , and 2600 Fri - Sun , lifting 3 times a week.

You know the drill... \:D/

You've got a decent base to work with  Have you done much weight training before, or have you always been hockey focused? If this is your first foray into serious lifting you're going to blow up. Good on you for posting pics, make sure to put up some more in 4 months time :)

I'm curious about your calorie cycling, why have you decided for higher calories over the weekend, instead of the days of training sessions?

ummm well i got in a bad way a decade ago and was 114kg fat! - did lots of walking/elliptical and basic weights over the years , got down to 77kg (now 82kg)- took over a business 4 years ago and got back into hockey so weights kind of went out the window apart from basic home stuff like push ups every now and then.

Just got everything going good atm like finance , time for training , and diet is going good - not on meds anymore that was making weight loss hard! :S

2100 is my weight loss cal's and I take it easy over the weekend with 2600 at maintenance - and also I would have a game on Sat and also Sun (played for 2 teams) so the extra cal's helped - will reduce the weekend cal's if my cardio and weights start to plateau.
