Deca vs Dbol

I can't give you first hand advice (look to TWL, MuscleNZ, Daz etc for that) but I'm thinking this is a terrible question?

I don't think I've ever seen anyone here or elsewhere recommend either compound by itself?

Oral DBol only cycles have been torn apart consistently on here (bloat & drop gains themes) and deca on its own would supress natural T production (so no real androgens, either natural T or exogenous, in the cycle).

sorry, should have worded it better, its only common sense to run an oil compound as well as one of the following but im talking hypotheticaly,(dont get too attached to details) im not asking for advices on howto run a cycle im asking what some of the long time forumers prefer one to the other.

don't wanto know mg/mls or weeks etc would like to no DECA or DBOL-one word

Your taking apples and oranges mate, you can't compare the two dbol is something that is taken short term and deca is taken long term. There are best taken together, dbol 4-6 weeks deca15-20 weeks imo

In one word..... I'd guess that would depend on your goal?

Straight out fast size gain when bulking or strength (i.e. Androgenic effects wanted) I'm sure everyones going to call DBol.

Quality lean mass or looking after sore joints I'm sure everyones going to call Deca.

Life just aint as simple as one word answers sorry MM, especially when you start fucking with mother nature by adding exogenous hormones into the mix! :grin:
