Ahh, you posted your Afters before your Befores. That could confuse a stupid person. :D

But you're making good progress. 11kgs heavier and still damn lean. Did I see you say your gains had stopped in the last few months? Was May the point you reached a plateau?

Yes, plateau around May. I stopped counting calories and wasn't as dedicated to eating.

Uh yeah I should switch them around. It is a bit confusing. Now 13kgs heavier. I want to get to around 72-74 by the end of this year. Long term goal is 95kgs then I will cut to 85kgs like Stan McQuay (Wishful thinking). Hee hee hee!

Strange is probably the wrong word. Just that most korean males are quite stocky- don't see too many ectos! Don't worry its probably a good thing though, lean gains etc.

good start bro - - I would bother counting cqalories if you are having trouble eat at mass .... just eat heaps and lift heavy .. bulking is an open book for you until you get to critical mass.
