Hahaha! They're our various mod forums. There's a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes, and it takes us 3 forums to cover it all. :wink:

How did you find them, by the way? Was it just trial and error, or have I left some links that don't go anywhere lying around?

Cheers Ronin. Would you be keen to have a train at Sky once classes finish and before exams? That's between Oct 14th and Nov 1st for me. I'm gonna need to pop in and have a chat about membership options for next year, may as well get a good train in and would be nice to have someone show me around :nod:

Thats a terrible side chest, you're selling your development short! :nod:

I prescribe more twist in the torso & 100 side chest poses each side this week! :grin:

Would be worth doing a session with someone that knows how to pose so you can show your muscles more effectively - potentially you'll see more difference in your good / lagging bodyparts. Just a thought.

I did say it was my first time doing one, but... I lied, it was my second. First one looked even worse if you can imagine that :lol:

That's a fair point, thanks for the idea. Will get onto that next year when I'm at Sky. :nod: Over summer I'll most likely be training at CBC, don't want to get banished for posing :pfft: They're only good at calf and bi poses anyway :wink:

Thanks Opti :D Wanting to drop back to 90kg or so and then slowly put weight back on over summer. I couldn't eat more at the moment if I wanted to, bank account is tapped and I don't fancy trying to gain off nothing but PP, dextrose and olive oil :pfft:
