Very impressive transformation :clap:

One piece of advice though; Josef Rakich initially came here just posting pictures and videos and contributing nothing else to the forums. To put it lightly, it wasn't well received :lol: He's since contributed much more to discussions about training and diet etc, which are always welcomed and valued. My point is this: It looks like you have plenty of knowledge and experience to share, so don't be afraid to share it :nod:

Since i started that formpsring a few days ago i've answered over 60 questions, general stuff and more targeted questions. I enjoy it!

Nice work mate well done, but no this is not the misc so you won't get nut huggers like you do on bbing.com. Looking forward to hearing about your training and goals thick tight soild ect lol

i was never looking for nuthuggers, and tbh alot of the guys on the misc were the nerdy kids at school, the ones with no friends etc. Its not that theyr 'nuthuggers', theyr just looking for inspiration. Looking for a way to change.

How can you hate on someone for that..?

nice bro lookin good, jus got to work on those poses...

No, it looks great on paper. But I've tried both, clean foods an ILLFYM - i can honestly say i notice a distinct difference in my body composition when getting my cals out of quality foods.

exactly, to a certain extent IMO.

I have mabey 2-3cheat meals a day, where i'll have burgerking or something after my workout. Only a burger, no combo - and when i do i'll cut the rest of my fat from my day.

Guess thats kinda the ILLFYM principle.. i just dont see it working every day for 50% of your cals
